11/6/2023 Second time using 21 Fiestas and they really outdid themselves! The baby shower was a surprise from my mother and she gave them the Winnie the Pooh ideas and they brought her vision to life. It made the shower that much more special. Cant thank 21 Fiestas enough :)

4/16/2022 Held a 50th Surprise party for my dad and I can’t believe how many compliments we got on the decorations! They transformed an ordinary firehouse hall to the perfect venue. The price is great and they take care of everything! Could not have been happier with 21 Fiestas. Will definitely be using them again for my next party needs!

Update: I still love them! They make such beautiful one of a kind creations. 😊

It’s been an amazing experience working with this small business. Especially hosting multiple events per weekend they have been amazing to help make some of my last minute balloon decisions come to life! They even made adorable adorable shell decorations for my daughters birthday! The sweetest staff and we LOVE working with a local family owned business!

21 Fiestas is top notch. Even with a snow storm and a short set-up/break down window, they were able to execute without any issues. I will definitely Be using them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a vendor that values their work as well as their customers.

Excellent work and super friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend. I wanted a ballon arch and came in with some questions. Their prices were reasonable and they took my concept and added some additional touches that only made it better. They were going to be closed due the holidays and accommodated timing that would still work for us both.

Had the greatest experience in a time crunch. The ladies there were able to fix my item that got damages in transit and I was a week away from my event. I will definitely use thier services again. I highly recommend them. Norberto Torres

Darlene did a great job with balloons for my party. Her and her staff were right on time for the delivery which was greatly appreciated as we had a small set up window. Highly recommend.

Never again will I use 21 Fiestas Party Supply.

About two months ago I called them, explained what I wanted for my son's first birthday party, and then stopped into the store to confirm. They asked me for pictures, which I provided, we spent about twenty minutes discussing, and the owner WROTE DOWN THE DATE on the larger desk calendar in front of her. I mentioned that I had a few paper "one" signs that they could use for the centerpieces and that I might stop by to drop them off.

After that I specifically said "okay, so we are all good? Do you need a deposit from me?" They said no. I went on my way, and that was that. I didn't get a chance to drop the small signs off, but figured the centerpieces would be fine without them. Again, I SPECIFICALLY ASKED if they needed anything else from me to confirm.

Flash forward to yesterday at 830AM, the day of my son's party. I called them to check and make sure they would be there at the discussed 10AM setup time. At 9:30AM (30 minutes before they needed to be there) I get a call back.. "what party?"

EXCUSE ME WHAT. They claimed I never confirmed!!! Meanwhile I stood IN THEIR OFFICE while the owner wrote down the date AND TOLD ME SHE DIDN'T NEED ANYTHING ELSE!! She said because I didnt come back with the center piece add ons, that meant I didn't confirm.. meanwhile she SPECIFICALLY STATED she didnt need anything else, and that she would be there.

By the way, she was supposed to be doing ALL of the party's decorations. All of the balloons, all of the small details, EVERYTHING.

At 10AM she called back and said "i can get you a balloon arch, but not by 11AM. Can you push the party back to noon?"

Again I say, EXCUSE ME WHAT. She wanted me to call up 51 people from various different parts of NJ an HOUR before they were supposed to arrive and tell them hey get here at noon. Not to mention it was at a venue with a set start time, which they knew about.

The owner of this awful business told me "thats the best i can do", shrugged it off, and that was that.

We scrambled, were late to the party, and had to make do with whatever last minute stuff we could find at Target.
