Had some Amazon returns, so came here for the first time for that purpose. It was quick and easy, and they offered a 15% off coupon for using them to return Amazon items here! Nice! I had no intention on shopping but figured I would take a look around since I had the coupon. Ended up I purchasing a desk and chair! 🤑 They were both on clearance +15% off from my coupon!!! What a great deal!!! The cashier was super awesome. So nice, helpful, very polite and patient. He even set me up with their new Rewards Program that just started today. (Since I will now bring all my Amazon returns here I will definitely use the rewards program). Another really helpful staff member helped me out to my car, which is pretty small and full of lil dogs, soooo he even figured out a way to make my items fit, which was quite a feat! Thank you guys! 😊

I called the store 5 minutes before closing to see if an item was still in stock. I had the pleasure of speaking with Kurt (I hope I have his name right). He took the time shortly before closing to let me know an item was still in stock. He was so sweet and very nice. You don't see nor get that great customer service nowadays. Kurt is the reason I will keep coming to this store. SOMEBODY GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE. HE DESERVES IT!!!!

I’ve been in search for a money counter for so long, I called multiple stores and I finally found a super great one at staples. I couldn’t have done it without the help of ELIJAH!! He is amazing and a super sales associate. If you need anything ask him. Also he was extremely nice and had an amazing attitude. He deserves a raise! Thank you so much Elijah!!

I stopped by at this location yesterday 01/03/24 to return an item and look for a new small wireless logitech mouse. A store associate asked if I needed any assistance within few minutes of being inside the store. I asked if they have any logitech mouse on sale and he pointed me to the clearance area, sure enough there are several options for $10.00 and $7.00. I wanted to look around the store a bit and found an area for logitech items i.e. pastel and cool design wireless mouse, mouse pads, wrist rest etc. I found the exact mouse in-store on the staples website for $19.99. The item I returned was easy peasy even though I didn't have my husbands card it was refunded. Staff is helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Keep up the awesome customer service!

Went in for a new computer chair and Bill was amazing!!! He gave great customer service and it was wonderful to hear his story. I usually order my smaller office needs online but will be coming back to this store solely because of Bill. Just overall an amazing experience and amazing employee!!! He also walked me through the warranty process which I really appreciated. Thank you Bill!!

Came in on a Wednesday night for some paper cartridges for my label maker. Had some trouble finding them myself, so I asked a worker and she directed me to the exact aisle where they were located. Good customer service and glad they had the product I needed.

Good selection of products and still open till 9:00 p.m. Employee were helpful, and I was very happy that they had everything I was looking for in stock so I was able to just buy it right then and there instead of having to worry about ordering it online and receiving it in a few days. A lot of times nowadays it's easy to just go online or to an app on your phone and place an order, but sometimes you need something now or you want to test it before you purchase it (such as an office desk or an office chair), so I was very happy to see Staples still had regular business hours and still had a good selection in the store. Was also happy the employees were helpful and honest with me about the products. They we're very forthright about the durability of one versus the other and things like that.

This Staples has the most helpful printing department. Everyone is wonderful and the job is always expertly completed. They really go out of their way to help. I would travel to this location for any printing needs.

My boy Johnathan was slaying it with the customer service, and persuading people to download the app to save $10. The only thing that shocked me is, that he isn’t a manager. Give that man a raise! Also, I bought a Hyken mesh black chair and had it priced matched to the online price. Without a doubt best ergonomic chair you’re getting in the $100-$200 range. It’s a budget Herman Miller and comes with a 3 year warranty for a small fee of $20. But totally worth it, because if ANYTHING I mean anything happens, You are covered.

I'm having a wedding this summer and have been searching for someone to make my invitations and rsvp cards. I went here after going to other places and finding no help. We had called and got wonderful customer service! Lauren was the one who helped us and she was able to make my invitations exactly what I had wanted! They are beautiful and so unique and the price was so affordable. Not to mention how sweet she was and how she made the experience fun and not feel like a chore as other places often make it feel. The store as a whole was fantastic, full of nice people. Loved the experience and we will be coming back for any other projects!

Last night my son and I went to Staples in Tualatin to see about a warranty on a tablet we bought there. It was 6:12pm when we got to the doors we realized that they had closed at 6:00pm. As a employee walked by the doors my son flagged him down and asked if we could ask about the warranty on the tablet. He said yes and we proceeded to walk in. He printed out the original receipt and gave us the information on where to call. Then we asked if we could look at office chairs really quick (since there was still another customer in the store, we thought we would push our luck). He said it was fine and we went back to look. After a couple minutes we found a chair we liked and ask about pricing. Another employee came back and we said we would hurry up and get out so they could go home. The employee said we should take our time and sit in every chair and make sure we got the one that was right for us. Let us in after closing, encouraged us to take our time.... That is superior customer service! Thank you Staples!

The service at this location is phenomenal. I was assisted by Jonathan and Bill as I picked up my desk and filing cabinet for my new home office. They were both so friendly and patient, they answered all of my questions in a knowledgeable and efficient manner. If you’re looking for a great shopping experience and 5-star service that makes you feel like royalty, this is the place to go! From now on Staples in Tualatin is my go to for everything office/professional supplies. Thank you again gentleman for all of your help. You have gained a customer for life!

I was helped by April an Jacob an I needed some important files printed out an they were a tremendous help. I'm not vary tech savvy so I just handed her my phone an she was able to send some files to their printer and printed them out for free. Without these files I would have been screwed. Thank you vary much. Will definitely come back

Went in to print off a resume. Had some issues with the self-serve printer, turned out to be because I had an accented “e” in a folder name on my USB thumb drive. April did an awesome job getting me some higher quality paper to print my resume and signed me up for a rewards card so I could get 10 free resume prints. Didn’t have to pay a cent!
