My headlights went out while I was delivering in Tualatin. Ec really helped me out and was incredibly friendly. He offered to install them for me, but I needed to get back to work. I’ve been partial to Autozone for years, but this O’Reilly store has some great staff and awesome customer service.

Just stopped by to get windshield wipers for our Volvo XC 70.
Daniel, the assistant manager waited on me. He was not only courteous, friendly and helpful, he changed them out on this rainy, drizzly day. What service. Thank him for me. 5 stars!

Came in thinking my headlight was burnt out. Wesley came out and took a look at it he said the wire was disconnected so he reconnected the wire, and sure enough the light came back on. I really appreciate him taking the time to find the issue plus he saved me money and time! Wesley is a great member to have on your Tualatin O’reily team.

Great experience! Both brake lights had gone out and I purchased new wiper blades at the same time. The nice guy (assistant manager, can't remember his name) asked if any of these needed to be installed, well yes! VERY helpful of him and I felt much less vulnerable driving back down Tualatin Sherwood road with two working brake lights when I drove in with neither working. It's so nice that he took the time to install these for this clueless female!

This is a great location. My husband and I came in for windshield wipers and fluid, and Anthony was immediately helpful in recommending what to get. He even came out after we checked out to help my husband install the wipers on our car (in the rain!). Such a nice and helpful manager!

Friendly, helpful, and great advice. Good inventory, and if you call first and they don't have it, they'll get it in often same day. Website has excellent part lookup by store if you don't want to phone.

I’ve been coming here for almost 20 years. I’ve always had great service and excellent help when I wasn’t sure what specific part I needed for my car. I’ve never had a single bad experience with customer service here. I’ve had a part come in broken, but that has nothing to do with the store or their employees :)

They had an air cabin filter for our 2004 Lexus RX 330 in stock, thank you.

The guy Joe that works there is an awesome dude, he treated me really good. He was vary helpful. He was joking wit me a bit and it made me feel like my business mattered. I will definitely go back to this location because of him.

I went in with my friends 2014 Kia soul with a check engine light and it stuttering and wanting to stall out when it was idling I walked in and Felix greeted me with a smile and immediately began assisting me with diagnosing the engine problems he went way above and beyond and helped me diagnose that it was the number four spark plug that was bad and nothing else.He helped me avoid probably $150 bill from The dealer and it cost about $55 for me to buy new plugs, dielectric grease, and anti-seize. I fixed the problem right there in the parking lot with Felix's help and the tools that he let me use. Felix was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and very helpful every step of the way. He was helping me do all of this while helping at least 3 other customers during my approximately 1/2 hour visit, at least 2 of which we're also reading codes. The other woman coming on duty was very friendly as well.

Super helpful staff here, especially the manager, Serena, who personally verified for me that the air filter I was looking for, by Wix, was made in USA. This kind of information is practically unobtainable online these days which is a terrible shame and one reason I hate shopping at places like Amazon. Even the O’Reilly site does not list the country of origin for these parts. Great job at your store!

They were very helpful. They were going to help another person put windshield wipers on... But I had time and did it for them... 😉.. the new break pads get hot to easily.. I am going to find better ones somewhere else..😒

Great folks. They helped us diagnose our issues for free with a list of ways to resolve them. They also were able to calm our fears about an alternator issue. your prices are slightly more than AutoZone but I do like the mom and pop shop feel it seems a little less corporate.

Nice guys with a great selection. They have helped me with a number of projects on my RV and are always interested in how the project is going. Access is a bit West of the store, exit is closer. Interesting traffic flow, but it works. There are a number of repair shops in the same area if your job ends up being beyond your skill.

The moment I walked in the staff greeted me. Within moments they helped me find wiper blades for my new/used tahoe and installed them. The whole visit took less than 10 minutes. I'll definately be back!

I worked with Anthony and Cody after my engine started misfiring down I5. They quickly helped me identify the issue and offered fantastic advice. Thanks to their efforts I was able to replace all my spark plugs on the spot, even if it took me three trips to the register. 😑 Great experience.
