Not an exaggeration when I say that this location may be the best T-Mobile I have step foot in. The staff was overly friendly and very welcoming. They resolved the simple issues I had with my phone and seemed more than happy to do so. Along with top tier customer service, the store was well organized, clean, and very presentable. Can't say enough about this store!

this location has great service, walked in for an iphone upgrade and the staff made the process very fast/easy. Had the privilege to be helped out by Victor who was knowledgeable about his services and had great customer service! Definitely recommend this location!

Very clean, organized, the representatives greet you as soon as you walk in, their knowledge is excellent and their eagerness to help shows. Gigi was our representative and she went above and beyond to help us. TMobile staff answers any questions you may have and go through their answers thoroughly.

Daniel was of great assistance to a neighbor of mine upgrading from an iPhone 7 to an iPhone 14 as well as switching to T-Mobile home internet from AT&T. He was knowledgeable, efficient, polite and patient. I have a feeling he is fairly new to the store and I hope he stays (and gets a promotion!). Our customer service experiences with T-Mobile is hit and miss (both in store and when dealing with various call centers) and it all depends on who you get. If customer service starts off bad with a particular rep, it will only get worse so move on ASAP to someone else if you start to get the run around and save yourself some pain. If you find a good one, hold on and don’t let go!

Loved the experience i had i walked in and they had some great tunes playing and the representatives in store were a pleasure they were so kind and funny !!! All i came in for was a bill pay but left with a new speaker and a smile !!

I came in and was helped out by Dannie the assistant manager and she was super helpful was knowledgeable on their promotions .Loved the staff here they all had great vibes when we walked in.

I came in today to get my phone upgraded. I'm not going to lie, it was a long wait. But! Even though I waited a really long time today, I can't blame any of the workers at this T-Mobile. There were just so many customers lining up to be assisted, and initially, there were only two people working. It was insane. (It's not the employees' fault that they're understaffed!)

However, these two (Chris and Taylor) did a solid job helping each person that came in through that door.

I commend Chris in particular! He was amazing. I rarely see a customer service person be so upbeat, polite and efficient the same way Chris was. He was like an Efficiency Snowstorm: helping people with their phones and questions here, greeting and apologizing for the long wait to people entering the store, entertaining the customers he was assisting (my dude's got jokes), rushing to the backroom to get stock, remembering people's names, and even empathizing with an old lady who got her phone stolen. He was pretty much consistently helping out four people at the same time. It was exhilarating watching him in action.

He is quite possibly one of the best customer service persons I've ever met. 10/10 would recommend
