Clerks need to learn to take a hint when the customer doesn't want to answer questions not related to the purchase whatsoever. This has happened multiple times now.
Not a big surprise with the other reviews that the parking lot is always empty, Not planning to come back again.

I live near here and was trying to use the ATM. My cards were declined, but I thought I would try to purchase something. Most likely a bank issue. I called the 1800 number ( while in the store). There were no other customers. The woman who was working asked me to leave. I was mortified. I felt unsafe and I will never be back.

Officially the worst Plaid Pantry I've ever been to. We're in a pandemic.... and the clerk harassed me about wearing a mask. She (rudely) asked me to remove my mask. I obliged since I was buying alcohol. I pulled my mask down below my chin and she stared at me with a blank stare and pursed lips. After more than a few awkward seconds, I said "it's me" in a friendly joking tone. She then said she needed to see my face completely, so with gloved hands, I completely removed my mask from my face. As I was processing the card payment she stood there staring at me in such an uncomfortable manner. She needs to be reprimanded. Never shopping at this location again. If corporate doesn't make it right, I'll discontinue shopping at this brand all-together.

I am 34yrs old and they wouldn’t sell me alcohol because I called my wife to ask what she wanted to drink- apparently this is against policy. I offered to have my wife come in and show her ID, but they made a big deal about it and I felt it was quite unusual. I went to the plaid pantry 1min down the road with no issues. Very bizarre.

I thought I was in a twilight zone. I tried to buy beer and the cashier saw I was on the phone and denied me from buying beer. I am over 37 years old and just called my wife if she wanted a certain favor of beer.

I can say this place is consistent, in the fact that it has terrible people that work there. The three times I have been to this store I have left without purchasing anything because the people that work there are incapable of performing simple duties required to run a convenient store and rude. I would take the time to go down the street and take your business elsewhere. DO NOT GO HERE!

Always something wrong, now you can't use cards anymore. 7 eleven is better than this..
