I love Fred Meyer, not only for grocery but for florist as well

I like using their pick up. They are very efficient. I needed a couple more things this week so I went inside. It is a nice store very clean. I used self check out but I had a few clearance items that wouldn't scan. The associate was helpful and kind.

I go here pretty frequently only cause it is located close to the max line and other bus lines. I've found that this fred Meyers has somewhat better prices which is kinda unique considering where it is located. They have deals almost every week for under $10 so if your on a budget and like friendly staff than this is the one to go to.

This is a huge Fred Meyer. I thought I had been to some large stores in the past. This place has a clothing department as big as an average size FM. The only down side to this place is walking everywhere. You will hit your step count goal here. I has able to find all the things I needed. Assistance from the helpful staff made it easy to navigate the large store.

They did not have western ribs which I wanted, but it was Sunday and probably sold out over the weekend. So I switched it to a very small chuck roast that I could slice thinly, marinate and serve with fried rice. Yum!

Very convenient location with good prices and inventory. Also has bill paying and money services. A very well rounded useful one-stop shopping center.

Update 10/2023... Asked THREE different employees for help in finding the cost of an item... and got three separate apathetic "uhhh, yeah, no" responses from them. That was it. Just "no". Not one single idea of how they MIGHT help, or (God forbid!) any offer TO help. Just "no".

I may have to just "not" in the future.

Great local market and pharmacy... Pokemon and magic available and a decent electronics selection.

Best place to shop in Portland. Buy the specials, but Kroger brands, use the digital coupons of the week, and don't splurge

Always do my grocery shopping there. If I need home improvement products, I can get many things here.

This is more of a review about a particular staff member than the store itself, though I will add that I find this specific location to be well stocked and clean.

An associate named Heather was incredibly helpful with 1 of our senior residents. She took him to find the items he needed and made sure he made it back out to our shuttle. All in a very timely manner as well! A+++ customer service!

Me experience at Beaverton Fred Meyers is usually pretty good. Although, one time I was waiting in a huge line at Customer Service because I had a few items in the cart that I had purchased at another date and needed to return. While waiting in the line of about 25-30 people. I stepped about 20 feet away from my cart which was in between 2 separate families or 2 groups of 3 or 4 normal regular looking shoppers, to go look at something on the other side of the customer service desk. Thinking my clothing items that were in a couple Fred Meyer Bags we're fine, I was only away from my cart for maybe a minute at the most. When I got back to my cart I no longer had any items to return because somebody or some people magically took the return bags and we're gone. As you can imagine, I was very upset about this not understanding how neither anybody in line or any of the Fred Meyer employees noticed anything happen. When I asked to have security come down so we could watch the security cameras I was told that security was not working that night and they had no way to review the footage. I ended up having to wait there for about an hour and a half until BPD Officer arrived who was actually pretty cool and said that as soon as security arrived at there scheduled time he would review the tapes and get back to me via cellphone. He never got back to me and I basically just accepted the $150 loss. So WATCH your carts and BEWARE of your surroundings even in the grocery line at your local Fred Meyers.

I had an interesting situation with employee Birdie tonight. I was commenting in what I thought was defense of another "customer", not knowing the full situation, and the way she handled it and explained it to me was extremely diplomatic and kind, when many people would have reacted in a flippant, angry, or defensive way. You can tell she is a real people-person, and goes above and beyond her job requirements. I really appreciated our interaction tonight. Really nice person.
The gentleman working the self- checkout at about 9pm was really great, too.

It wasn't too busy, we were able to get in and out fairly quickly and with finding everything on our shopping list. The shelves are much better stalked than other nearby locations and better than the past couple of years since 2020.

Definitely one of the biggest Fred Meyers that I have been to. Clean and organized.

Fred Meyer employee Javier who works behind the Deli counter is very professional, attentive and proficient.

The staff was very helpful toward me the three times I have visited in the last two weeks. They helped me process two returns without a hitch. They assisted me in getting a fitting room in a timely fashion. The bathrooms and the water fountain were kept clean. I have been to many Fred Meyers and this particular location continues the good trend of shopping I've had at the chain. Thank you!

I was at this location Saturday, 4/13/19 around 12:30/1pm. There was a man unpacking produce and he was extremely helpful to not just me but all the other customers I saw him interact with. The female cashier in the first express checkout line (with the tobacco products) was also very friendly. Great experience, great staff. Thank you!

The service here is what really stands out. The employees from management down to entry level strive to make your visit a great one. You could ask someone stocking produce if a certain video game is available and they would do anything from pointing you to electronics to picking up a phone or radio to find out directly.

Selection here is well above average and items are rarely out of stock. Produce and meats are fresh and of good quality. Also this location just recently finished a remodel which has dramatically expanded their Natural food section.

Personally, I hear people tell me they don't shop here because it's too expensive, yet whenever I've compared it to their choice, I've come out on top. Maybe people pre-judge or go solely by word of mouth and simply go to what they're used to already. I'm certain my family is in the poorest section of the local population and this is our choice for everyday shopping and grocery needs.

If you've never tried Fred Meyer or it's been awhile, just go once and see what you think. I'd give them even more stars if I could!
