AT&T Store

Dalton did such an amazing job getting my mom set up with her new phone. Gave me great info on possibly switching my service over as well. Super nice guy. Very friendly-highly recommend.

Just recently visited the AT&T Store and the Sales manager Tyler was very knowledgeable! I ended up getting a new phone and signed up for internet and DirectTV Stream! I love it so far! I can even watch my DirectTV Stream on my phone anywhere! My TV's are so much clearer!

I originally had a phone scheduled to be delivered by AT&T to my home. The delivery person was so unprofessional. She tried to get me to meet her at a gas station instead of my actual listed delivery address. She drove off with my order and canceled it on me.

I proceeded to the AT&T store and was in and out with a new phone in less than 10 minutes. The guy who helped me was incredibly knowledgeable, courteous and quick as hell with the phone situation. If I knew my day would’ve ended up there, I would’ve just went to the store in the first place!

My husband and I wished to create our own phone plan since it was past time to do so. The store is very clean and well organized. The manager Taylor was very helpful and patient with us and assisting our needs. The store gets easy sometimes and he acted very professionally towards all. We were patient and we had everything that we wished for when we left, including a brand new phone with a case. The payment explanation set up was explained to us by Tyler in an understandable way and without frills or confusion. Thank you so much and we are happy to be apart of a new AT&T family.

We came into the store to transfer 6 phone lines. I was worried this would be a bad experience(based on prior experiences at Verizon stores), but it was a great experience at this AT&T store. Autumn and Tyler were both very helpful, friendly, and provided excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this store and Tyler and Autumn.

On 2 occasions I had the good fortune to deal with Tyler at this att store. His professional manner and expertise saved 1 sale and created another. He truly represents not just customer service but the ability to go above and beyond to get to know me and my family. I asked that this review be put in his personnel file and I recommend everyone to go see him and go to this store.

This store is always great. So many kind, helpful, and knowledgeable people - always willing to help! It is such a pleasure to be able to walk in, get someone to answer our questions, and walk out completely happy. Tyler, Autumn, and Nick in particular are superstars!
