Eileen at the fabric cutting counter is amazing. She took care of a huge order for my friend and I and was pleasant and helpful the whole time. Everyone was nice when we were at the store today!

Although it's a smaller store, I enjoy shopping at this particular location because it has various items sometimes not typically found in the larger stores.
I do thank the staff in the fabrics cutting area so much because my latest project was decorating for an outdoor 25th Wedding Anniversary Vow Renewal Ceremony.
Two shopping trips and hundreds of yards of materials later and success!!! I was able to bring my vision to life.

I love that you can download a coupon to use while you're in line. Ive been coming t this Joann Fabrics for over twenty years I love it here. I wish they bring back the sewing classes.

Unexpectedly amazing. I went with my wife and kids in order to buy some fabric. The store has variety of fabric. All are amazing for a dress project. The working team are very welcoming. The prices is not cheap through. I loved that place and I think I will go back.

It is something incredible for Italians like me! There is literally EVERYTHING for crafts. I especially liked the section on the instructional books and the vintage stuff. Staff is extremely kind and welcoming. I could have spent the entire day there - by the way there are food and beverages :-) - and I much regretted being there on a trip since due to the weight limitations I could not bring back all the stuff I would have liked to buy. Great shop and great selection, perfect organization

I wanted to share a bit about an experience I had with a woman named Stephanie who works at the Joann store in Grosse Pointe, Michigan on Mack Avenue. She is excellent. I have covid and have been stuck in my house and so lonely and having to care for myself for about a week now. My father suggested that I order myself something from Joann and he could pick it up on his way home from work and drop it off on my front porch. It was something so exciting for me to do (finally) and something for me to look forward to. I placed my order and my father was almost to the store when I got an email that the yarn I had selected wasn’t available any longer and I was being reimbursed. I called right away to simply cancel the remainder of my order, but instead, Stephanie answered and stayed on the phone with me while I selected a different color of the yarn and she made sure it was available and in the bag for my father to pick up. She wished me a speedy recovery and I know people say it’s the simple things, but in this case Stephanie’s care and handling of my issue made my entire day feel a bit lighter and right now there is nothing more that I could have asked for. Thank you, Stephanie.

rating 5 stars because this is a very pleasant place to work and it is definitely better than my previous jobs. beebe and kayleigh are fair and reasonable folks to work under. the employee discount has enabled me to invest in mediums of art (like jewelry making) that would have otherwise been a struggle for me to afford the supplies for off of the meager amount of income i receive as a freelance art professional.

It was very good. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. The quality of fabrics has definitely improved since I started quilting. Keep up the good work. Buyers doing excellent job.

The store is nice and clean and fully stocked. The staff is always friendly and easy to find, so helpful as well. There are shopping carts in Joann's and good parking.

It was a productive experience I found what I needed but ,they definitely need more help in the store there was only 1 person on the floor and I had to hunt for her.

I love this store's location as well as the very courteous & helpful staff. They are smaller than 13 Mile/Little Mack, but they still carry A LOT of merchandise & provide A+ service.

I was looking for some fleece , teal with the ribbons and butterflys for ovarian cancer, I want to make a blanket for a fundraiser for ovarian cancer. I called the grosse pointe, Michigan store and they had it. The people were so very nice on the phone and they held it until I got there. They had the perfect matching teal for the back too. I had to drive 33 miles to get there, but it was well worth it. P.S. a forty per cent coupon came over my phone as I was leaving to go there. What an added bonus.!!!!!
