Very cool shop. As expected, there were lots of supplies for the bird lover. But what surprised me was the number of gifts available. The selection included candles, handmade lotions, coasters, jewelry, and much more. Most things were bird-themed, but you will find plenty of items for your non-bird lover friends as well. This store also had a huge selection of Michigan-made products. You can tell they take pride in their merchandise. Customer service was great, too. I will be back!

I ordered oriole feeder online for curbside pick up. However, I was not able to get to the store before 4 PM. They offered to drop off for me. Very nice!

I called an hour before closing on a Sunday to inquire about squirrel-proof feeders, and when I arrived, the salesperson showed me several options and thoroughly explained the pros and cons of each feeder and contraption. Although WBU's feeders are a higher price point than those found at big box stores, I left feeling like it was money well spent on a high quality feeder that will last. Most importantly, one-on-one attention is a rarity nowadays, and I greatly appreciated the time and knowledge of the salesperson. Two wings up for my local WBU!
