What a nice store. Plenty of inventory that's not overwhelming. The displays are nicely placed and easily found. The owner was not only well knowledged but very enthusiastic about her products. She offered demonstrations and was very attentive. A really great store.

Loved stopping in here on a Saturday! The owner was lovely to talk to and her enthusiasm for local history and the outdoors was infectious. Great stop for gear as well as cute gifts!

First time going with my Dad and was amazing experience. Morgan's outdoor is the type of store we need in the mountains. Has basically anything you need, if they don't have it, she'll order it for you. Great people, plus a great environment for family and kids to get your outdoor things from. We stopped by Morgan Outdoors and chatted with Lisa. What a lovely lady filled with passion and joy! Her store is filled with fantastic outdoor gear for every budget. She has maps and all sorts of goodies. We truly enjoyed chatting with her. If you are in the area stop by and have a chat! Her passion for the outdoors and nature is contagious. She put a smile on our face!

For a small amazing town this shop has the perfect selection of gear to get you on the trails! The owner is super kind, very informative of the area around and the trails. Lots of great gear choices from hiking shoes to neck gators and books! Amazing selection and store! Glad I got to stop in!

Made a pretty spontaneous stop and this shop is pretty quaint and very well curated. Talked to the owner for a bit and she seemed very keen on community outreach. If you need any kind last minute gear before heading out onto the trail, or want a good gift for someone whose very outdoorsy this is definitely well worth the stop.

Lisa helped my friend and I have an amazing experience in the Catskills. She recommended great local places, helped us with snowshoes, and provided us with great tips and information. The only I thing i was left wanting was more daylight! She has taken multiple, thoughtful precautions to ensure the safety of her customers and the community during this time.

If you want a great experience and to support a local business owned by a woman who truly cares about the environment and her community, check this place out. Reasonable prices, great products and rentals.. couldn't recommend more. I can't wait to return and visit. Call ahead if you are looking to rent snowshoes or equipment during a weekend

I have been going to the store for many years. They moved from Livingston Manor to hurleysville and I just love Lisa's spirit her guidance and her expert knowledge of the trails and the equipment that's needed. Great selection of hiking shoes.

A good selection of items for outdoor living, whether hiking, snowshoeing, or just enjoying nature. Lisa is very helpful with customers' questions and does a great job finding what you need.

The ow er of this shop is wonderful! We enjoyed learning about the area, comparing favorite gear and visiting her shop. An absolute must for any visit in the Catskills

What a place. Lisa is exceptional and the store is robust in useful gear and fair pricing. Whenever I'm in the area and need anything related to being outdoors, I'll be stopping by again.

We were up in the Catskills to hike and I was the dummy who left my hiking boots at home. Lisa was super accommodating, had a great selection of shoes, and a spacious and socially distant area to try them on. I got lucky and she had my usual boot in a shoe, in my size, and I was in and out in 20 minutes and didn’t have to spend a fortune to enjoy our trip. I couldn’t have left happier. Thank you Lisa!!! You saved the day!

Lisa, the owner, was so kind and helpful when we needed advice on what hikes to do last weekend. She took the time to give us great recommendations and even hand drew us maps to hard to find trails! We rented spikes which made our snowy hike a lot easier. It’s easy to tell Lisa really loves what she does and helping people enjoy the Catskills!

Called looking for a new cooler and spoke with Lisa who was absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful. Haven't had a chance to stop in yet, but will definitely be sure to in the future. Thanks Lisa!

This store is a must see for any new or experienced nature lovers, hikers, etc. There is a wonderful selection of books as well ranging from children’s to nature identification texts. We were visiting the Catskills for the first time, and the shop owner was so warm and welcoming. The space is very clean and is enacting covid safety precautions (such as social distancing and hand sanitizer for guests). I bought my first pair of hiking boots there with the help of the shop owner. If you’re visiting the area I suggest a pop in to her store. You will not be sorry you did!

I stopped in here the other day and had a great experience. Lisa, the owner is very knowledgeable about the surrounding area and was very helpful in giving me tips for getting out into the nearby Catskill park! She showed me a number of different maps of the area including the pros and cons of each one for different uses. Looking forward to my next visit to the shop!

Excellent selection of quality, well-priced outdoor clothing and equipment. The best part is Lisa, who is incredibly knowledgeable, and will graciously help you select a hike that meets your specific requirements, including a hand-drawn map.
