I stopped in hoping they had greeting cards and low and behold, they have a little bit of everything. Amazing coffee and even gluten free cookies. The store itself is really cute. The color scheme is really well thought out with lots of local products available. I will definetly become a frequent flyer.

Super charming store in the middle of town. Service is a 10 out of 10. Atmosphere is a 10 out of 10. You can't believe how much cool stuff is packed into such a small place. You're doing yourself a massive disservice if you don't stop here.

The owner/operator was very engaging and attentive. The food and coffee were delicious too!

I stopped by with a large group on the way back from a weekend trip and found many snacks, fun gifts, sandwiches, and very welcoming staff who even gifted us some cookies for the road! There are a few tables to sit (self service) or you can take everything to go. Thank you HGS!

Beautiful shop, with a wonderful mission, run by lovely people. Highly recommend you stop in for yourself or for a gift! There are a couple of tables and chairs you can sit and catch up with a friend over coffee or tea.

This is a beautiful, quaint store! I had a great sandwich and iced coffee for lunch and the owners could not have been kinder!

One of my favorite parts about visiting this store is that it's always changing its layout and bringing in new and local products. The menu also changes based on what fresh ingredients are brought in that day/week. It's almost an adventure every time I walk in. Another fantastic part about them is that they're open before work hours and the coffee is great which in Sullivan County is virtually impossible to find. Highly recommend.

I love this store. I always find beautiful gifts here for family, friends and also myself! They make really yummy veggie wraps, and have the best chocolate chip cookies. Denise is so sweet and friendly and always has fun new items available. I highly recommend visiting this beautiful store.

There's a wide variety items making gift buying really easy.

I always look forward to visiting this charming little spot in Hurleyville. They make delicious chai, croissants, soups and paninis—along with whatever other tasty treats they’ve whipped up throughout the day! The one-of-a-kind gifts, books written by local authors, and fresh produce are a phenomenal addition to Main Street. Denise and Sam couldn’t be more welcoming. Thanks, guys!

I discovered The Hurleyville General Store during a ballroom dance lesson break across the street. Savory wraps (try Chef Samantha's spicy mayo aoli dressing on these!), hot flavorful lattes, and nutty whole grain muffins were just the beginning.
I spent an afternoon composing holiday gift baskets together with Manager Denise.
So.......relaxing here at their sunny storefront window may I suggest you stop by! You may be just in time for a sample of Sam's next batch of luscious and light as air chocolate mousse!
And did I mention their rich calamata olive bread?

I love this store and the Lombardi have a mission that they love to share in which they support economic and social opportunities for people with disabilities...as an occupational therapist I felt extremely connected and proud.
They shared their story and mission and my heart filled with joy.

Learned about the General Store while watching the documentary The Antidote (excellent documentary). I really liked the premise and the purpose of the General Store, so I looked it up and saw some items that were interesting. My purchases arrived in a timely manner, were very reasonably priced, and were of high quality. I was delighted by the personalised attention my order received. I will definitely be purchasing more in the future. Highly recommended.

Hurleyville is a major success story. The General Store is awesome and always a welcoming place. Great place to find unique gifts. This town is a major comeback story and gets better daily. The General Store is an A++. Give it a try.

We stopped in for a quick breakfast. Was such a cute store and had a wide variety of things you would need for locals and visitors. Everyone who worked there was super friendly.

Super cute and loved the cheese and the big peanut butter cups. I only wish they had hot breakfast but perfect everything else
