The technicians are super super and on top of all is the customer service rep "Bill" he is the best, they promised a date for a major job on my car and delivered before that, and they always do! Also this place is a very neat and organized place.

When I call Drezdner for service on my vechile they accomadiate me immediately. I always ask for am appt's because they get me in & out as soon as possible. Drezdner Chevrolet is the only dealer we ever deal with for service with our vechile. We also bought our car there. Love those guys. Lois Pellegrino

the Dresdner crop helped me in a short period to get back my car in good condition I have in the mooring the engine light came up so I just dropped it up at the shop right away and called for a rental the next day My car was good to come in go, I am sure when I go to a different shop I will wait for at least 2 days they make it in 24 hours

Thanks Ari for the honesty, reliability and most of all efficiency. After dealing with so many other dealerships no body comes close to Drezdner Chevrolet in price and efficiency. They have all the time and patients and are forever helpful while your shopping. But once your ready to close the deal they have you out the door and on your way quicker then it takes to fill up with gas.

Amazingly helpful staff! I went in to fix my Chevrolet Traverse. As I came in unannounced, without any appointment, the staff still worked to help me figure out what issues I had with my car. Indeed, they were able to help me! I would drive here all the way up from Queens to get my Chevrolet Traverse serviced!

Besides the prompt service and reasonable pricing; you get 'personal' service, better than the local service place!

When my check engine light came on on my vehicle I had purchased a month prior (from a different dealership) and our less than 3k miles on, they were quick to schedule me the very next morning. staff was pleasant and waiting room comfortable. Service was completed very quickly with minimal wait. They completed a complementary safety inspection as well. No experience with sales but I highly recommend their service department.

I called them that my car needs a new starter less then an hour after they received my car I got a call that the car is ready for pick up

Update: I did an oil change by them recently fast and friendly (very decent prices) I'm just amazed every time I come to visit them

Friends have suggested that I go to other shops, but I'm sticking to Drezdner because I know that it is where I will get the best service. The recent repair was expensive, but it was worth it. Just driving out on the street I realized what a difference in the ride. I also appreciate how you keep your anxiously waiting customers in the loop as to what is happening. On my Monday visit, when I asked to see the undercarriage of my car, you took me back to the bay, and I now have a better understanding of my car.
