I purchased two PCs for my kids for Christmas in 2022. I have upgraded the PC several times since. Before I upgrade them I reach out their support and ask them what to purchase and how to install them. They always have a video to show how to do it and they send me Amazon links to purchase the new items.

Their customer support is top tier and I will never purchase a computer from anywhere else.

100% Recommend them for your PC needs! This was the first time ever I took my PC to a shop for repair. The process was quite smooth and simple. My PC was repaired within 4 hours and I received it the same day!

Furthermore, they did additional work to my PC like cleaning, rearranging fans and gave me a free HDD since mine was dead!

I am very pleased with their work and I definitely recommend them.

I love watching their channel and streams, so that’s the main reason they’re getting a high rating. I believe they’re a good company. I ordered a laptop recently and was told it was nearly done being sent out but woke this morning to see that it had been refunded which meant that the laptop wasn’t even sent or anything this whole time which is really disappointing. I was hoping to get the HP Victus from them but it’s alright. I ended up purchasing from another store for $505 instead of $550 or however much PCBros is selling it. I really wanted to buy from PCBros since I’ve been watching them for a long time but I just didn’t have the best experience trying to do so unfortunately. I purchased this laptop last Wednesday from them and it took nearly a week for them to refund me. If I would’ve ordered this laptop from the seller I bought from today, I probably would’ve received it for school and some gaming already. I don’t think that PCBros or ToastyBros are bad, though. I just think that I probably did something wrong or maybe ordered an out of stock item and it had to be refunded so I’m mostly frustrated about how long it took for all of this.

Edit: Turns out the refund was the bank releasing my funds. I do appreciate the communication with me about the order. Hopefully I’ll be buying an actual PC with them next time I order!

I would like to start out by saying I would give them 10 stars if I could!! My PC died on me unexpectedly and they were wonderful with me the whole way through the process of picking a new computer. I went in knowing about 80% what I wanted and they answered all my questions and really made me feel at ease. I never felt rushed or pressured to buy anything. I only ever got the feeling that they were really trying to get me the right machine that I needed that wasn't overboard for me! 10/10, Amazing experience and I will definitely return if I run into any future PC problems!!

I bought my first PC from PC Bros right around Christmas time. The experience was nothing less than amazing. Took a couple weeks to get the PC (which was expected ordering around the holidays). It was exactly what I was hoping it would be. It is able to run any game I’ve thrown at it on medium/high settings. I was a bit intimidated by building my own PC from scratch, which is why I bought one from PC Bros. I honestly can’t thank PC Bros enough for getting me into PC gaming at such a reasonable cost. Can not recommend them enough!

Finally got into PC gaming with a PC from them! Great customer service and support. Been watching them for awhile now on twitch and youtube, if you have any questions you can ask them in their twitch and get some help, very welcoming community. PC runs great and their shipping box quality is built like a tank. They also left the plastic on the side panel so I could peel it myself.

Ordered a custom PC build about a year ago from these folks, and they absolutely delivered. Computer is still putting out the numbers I intended with no hardware issues what so ever.

I was very happy with their customer service and communication on my order. I recommend and will utilize their services again when I need to upgrade and order my wife's tower. Best company to buy computers from.

This place is no Joke I would give them ten stars if it was available! Best stop in town for PC related equipment if not the best in the world. I have bought a lot of good stuff here. I have overheard many interaction with customers of the prebuilds and they go above and beyond when it comes to standing by the systems they touch. Honest, transparent, and overall very good people to deal with. Jake in the show room is very friendly and also goes out of his way to provide amazing service.

Great company to purchase a laptop/desktop. The customer service is superior and they are willing to help in any way. The laptop I purchased didn't work well after doing updates and they exchanged it out for a different one that works way better. Thank you PCBros. Keep up the channel and customer support!

Ordered 1 of these after watching the video for the 10th time. These guys are amazing. Ive honestly never seen anything packaged so well for shipping let alone a sub $1k p.c. I am a busy mom with five boys that all have gaming needs. Needless to say, it is all the way over my head! Jake from PC brothers took care of everything that the boys needed and I knew that I was in great hands. i took in my parts for a pc build. they built it perfectly, even tho my mother board didn’t work, they were able to figure it out and get me a better one. great customer service, and communication. 10/10 would recommend

My wife and I are very happy customers of PcBros!!!! A few weeks ago or so I ordered a laptop for my wife's birthday. The first one ordered was out of stick and they contacted me at once and let me know. They let me know that there was another one with simular specs. They sent it out. When it arrived about an hour into it it crashed. I called them up and explained what happen and the whole crew went above and beyound to get another one out to us. This company is FANTASTIC!!!!! my wife loves her laptop and they checked every little thing to make sure it worked before sending out. I wish that a lot of other companies could learn customer service from the PcBros cause in our eyes they are the standard of what a company should be. Thank yall bunches for helping us out and getting my wife an amazing laptop.

Just bought my first real PC through them. Been watching them for awhile now. Happy on how it is. Case got a little dent on top but that's shipping fault. Other then that work mint.

Great place! Needed my PC repaired and they were quick & efficient. Service is fantastic and was updated consistently on what was being done and what parts were being replaced. I had to get a new MSI RTX 4080 Ventus 3X OC Edition and a new MSI A8G0G PCIE5 PSU installed, I went to this store because I heard they could do it faster than others closer to me. I do not regret it one bit. I talked to Jake on the phone multiple times over the week with questions and troubleshooting that I was having (none that were caused by the shop)

It turns out that my GPU was having some sort of severe issue, and over the course of 3 days (because of my schedule) the team were able to alleviate the problem and even taught me a bit about how the parts worked.

I 100% will always go to this store if available, the team is incredibly great at what they do, huge thanks again to Jake and Caleb!
