Awesome groceries and met two young women that love to work for HEB I thought it was so awesome parking down stairs and my cart and I on the escalator side by side . Well I was taking pictures on my way out and theses two young ladies oh Velocity and Felicity I met them they love their work and that's just what HE. needs very friendly people that treat u like Family...I came here from the Valley I've been here for over 10 years been to several HEBs but this is my favorite.

Lulu in Floral was fantastic prepping balloons for me this morning. She was helpful and kind and time efficient. (We had a casualty of war due to compact space in the car but we love the balloons)

Kate in the flower shop was outstanding! She organized my wifes arrangement very professionally and was extremely courteous. I am definitely willing to recommend her for a top-notch service.

Always great prices and choices, I buy cinnamon and vanilla creamer, and HEB carries the brands I love.

I love this store, no doubt. They have everything and it's in perfectly marked isles.

Everything I needed is always in stock and reasonably priced..!! :) I can’t ask for much more than that

Cashier and bagger was the same person very nice, friendly, and did a great job on bagging and keepin my groceries sorted like i had them

I was so impressed with the level of customer service from Devan in the bakery. I had a special order and she was so helpful and pleasant. The special cupcake cake/arrangement came out just perfect for our family's event.

I go there to get tbe cat food food for my kids & my gals' kids, too. They have all kindsa kitty food & my cats know when I've bean there cuz they all run up to the truck when I get to my girlfriends" house. (She has custody of my 3 kids & I pay kitty support for her cats & mine.)

Always a Great Savings at HEB that's why we got this to make Dinner😋😋grab a few things to munch on...

Great place for shopping! Update 2/11/24. Went to pick up some stuff and had an issue with the register, asked two employees that were standing in the 10 items or less for some help BUT they both said that they don't work here???
Why wouldn't you work here if you're wearing a HEB uniform.....!?!?

I love H‑E‑B!!!! My go to store for anything I need, I pick H‑E‑B over any other store!

This is my regular HEB location. They are slways stocked, and this store is clean and organized. They have a pharmacy, and a customer service desk. This store is crowded on holiday weekends, and the beginning of the month. There is a large parking lot with handicap carts and entrances.

It's the busy time of year. If you go early, before 8am you have less traffic in the store. If you don't want to deal with crowds. Clean store, good prices. Lots of holiday items are hitting the shelves.

The pharmacy dept where i get my meds people there are all nice but Debbie is always nice and friendly. H.E.B. needs to find a way to do something about the drive-thru pharmacy. I guess they haven't looked into the traffic jam the pharmacy causes.

Was so happy to see today, in the bakery section that y'all had gluten free options. I have an autistic five year old and for health reasons, we have gone gluten free. It's so hard to find gluten free options, especially on the Southside. I just want to say thank you, thank you, thank you.We found the premade mini cupcakes today and that made our day. Thank you HEB for making more options for those who are gluten free. Hope you guys keep it up.

Can I just say that the curbside services are phenomenal! I appreciate the time they take to read my notes and get me the products I need. If we could tip the people that select the items I would! Keep up the great work. You definitely save me a whole bunch of time of going to find parking, taking my newborn into the store and waiting in line. I literally do curbside every two to three days! I only had one issue and they resolved it immediately! Thank you all!

And on another note, thank you to the HEB catering sandwhich trays. Unfortunately I need to go in to place the order and pick them up. If it was offered through curbside I'd probably use yall for all events!
