Today the 21th of December 2022 I have experienced one of the best customer service this morning.. I mean Tammy was very professional..kind..and very patient.. This is what I called customers service!!

My shopping experience at Kroger today was refreshingly pleasant. I stopped after work to pick up some tofu and fruit. Amazingly they both were on sale. The store manager Derrick assisted me even though he was completing another task, he stopped to assist me. Sharon the cashier was helpful!

It’s in a bad neighborhood. If you’re not comfortable with the shenanigans of a bad neighborhood, go shopping in Amelia. Poor people gotta eat too you know. The Kroger is fine, people are just angry that a neighborhood which has been run down for fifty years is run down and they take it out on the grocer.

it's a good store. The prices are excellent gallons of milk for $0.99 every day it's been that way for 6 months. lots of discounts and lots of quality clearance items. Management eager to rectify problems.

This was just a brief visit but I was able to get supplies & food for my 2 cats AND hygiene supplies for myself at the same time!!! Oh...& pop sickles to beat the heat. Only took me 15-20 minutes! Love Krogers!

Only grocery store I go to, an have done so for years. It's always clean , employees are nice an friendly they aren't to over barring asking if you need help with anything to much but always within a good distance of you do need something , ya DONT have to go searching for someone if you do need help.

It's convenient close to home and it's nothing like the large Superstores. If you forget an item on your grocery list you don't have to walk what seems like miles in the store go back and pick up that item miles.

Went to the pharmacy yesterday got straight through the drive-through quick insufficient teller was friendly

It's a great store with reasonable prices

I love it very nice people that work there always just crowded just wish they had more lanes open at some points but it's a great place to shop

I love the fish and seafood peeps. They prepare my spices on my tilapia perfect every time, and the self check out lady is very helpful

I can find anything and everything I want or need. I haven't met an unfriendly worker yet!! There are a couple of things I wish this Kroger would get and plan to speak to customer service asap. I love this Kroger!!!

I spent way more than I wanted but had good deals and I had coupons so that helped me out tremendously I got alot for the money,thank you Kroger's.

Easy in and out. As far as Kroger stores go, it was fine and had what we needed.
