The manager was fantastic, really. She was able to multi task and set up my new phone while greeting everyone that came in finding out what they needed and helping a new employee with his questions and she sold me a bunch of accessories and set them up- all at the same time. It was a seamless experience. She was very good.

Had a great experience upgrading my phone today. The guy that helped us was very nice and engaging! I don’t remember his name, but he moved here from Florida. Hoping he sees this and knows he did an outstanding job!

Ashley at the la grande store was not pushy. She only gave me what I was in the store to get. She was respectful and efficient. Over all it was a great experience.

Great help and it didn’t take long to get the phones working and the bill looked over.

The total experience of purchasing a new S22 phone went very well. My only suggestion would be the ability to contact the store directly without using a 3rd party service that tries to set up an appointment. A simple yes/ no answer that the 3rd party couldn't answer would have potentially saved me a trip to town. The employees and store manager were very professional and able to answer any and all questions. They truly made the experience delightful and a positive purchasing experience.

Not only did we get 2 new phones we made some new friends. Awesome buying experience. I hadn’t really planned on buying 2 new iPhone 15 pro at this time. But the people at Verizon made it so easy and actually fun I did it. Thanks so very much! I can’t recommend them enough they should all get a raise.

The very nice lady I dealt with was named Tris she did excellent showing me some phones and getting my stuff set up on it and showing me how to use it along with getting me some accessories for it and helping me choose colors. She’s the best person I’ve had dealing with anything like that!
