If you are looking for a storage unit that's clean and kept up, in a good area, with a nice atmosphere,and wonderful staff---then choose C's Storage! Steven is friendly, helpful, organized and quick to respond to tenants questions and needs. I had an excellent experience at C's Storage and would definitely recommend them!

Steven is always very helpful and rates are reasonable. Had various units here over 3-4 years and never once a problem with bugs, rodents or theft. Best storage units in town in my experience!

I had the best experience with C’s Storage this past weekend when I forgot my key to my shed. I had added my own lock when I opened it so they did not have a key. That did nothing to stop them from helping me though. They spent probably an hour drilling and cutting the lock so that I could access my property inside without having to drive back home 5 hours to get it. Not a grumble, only a few well-deserved teases, and they had it opened for me. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I give them 5 stars but would do 10 if it was allowed. Thanks so much again C’s Storage.

It was really great to work with Steven during the time that my fiance and I rented a storage unit with C's Storage. We had as much access as we needed to the unit, and Steven was very communicative with us about what to expect and created a very positive experience with us. It is hard to let go of a storage unit with C's Storage (even though we no longer have a need for one) because it has been such an easy going renting experience for us. I highly recommend C's Storage for any of your storing needs! Be sure to get in contact quickly though because sometimes the demand for a storage unit is more than the facility has space for. It is worth the money if you can get one!

C’s Storage was very accommodating and even though they didn’t have the size I wanted at first, as soon as it was available they let me know, which actually ended up saving me a little each month. They were always friendly and great to work with. I would rent there again! MEH

Great place to rent a storage unit ! Steven is great to work with! Clean units and break ins were never a concern for me. Left my stuff for over 6 months and when I returned, it was just as I left it and clean!

Stephen is by far the most pleasant and professional business person I have interacted with in a very long time. He treated us with a respect and kindness that you just don't see much anymore. The owner lives on the property, so it is maintained impeccably. He is very responsive to emails, charges reasonable rates, and I always felt that my belongings were very secure. On more than one occasion, he has gone out of his way to be helpful. I can't recommend C's Storage highly enough!

We used Cs for 7 years. The facility is clean with well kept grounds. The owner and maintenance man were so helpful when we moved back home and cleaned out or shed. Steve accommodated us so we could work in the cooler parts of the day during the heatwave. Great customer service, great value, great people. Thanks for everything

Steve was super helpful and very prompt with having something available to see and met with my after I got off work (after 5pm). He was friendly, very open and transparent, and willing to work with us. Offers month to month rent, at a reasonable price. He lives on site and so does the maintenance guy which makes me feel more comfortable than a bunch of cameras and someone who is there 40 hours per week. I recommend C’s any day!

Among the storage facilities I have rented throughout my time in the Eastern Oregon area. C storage offers affordable storages along with an easy setup process and an owner who’s willing to work with you. I would highly recommend them over the other options any day.

I recommend renting a storage unit at C's Storage. I rented a unit from August of 2013 to August of 2021. They make it convenient to make payments in cash, by check - (they have a drop box on sight, or you can mail a check), or online. They use safety locks, which has been a relief of mind. The sight is always open for easy access to the units; there is no safety gate to have to deal with, and they have many motion sensor lights along each driveway in and around the units. There are three entry ways that make it easy to access. The rows of storage units have enough room in the driveway for trucks, trailers, and cars to pass by each other with ease. It has been a pleasure renting from C's Storage! The property is well kept and clean, as are the units. Both Mike and Steve were very good to me, and always ready to help! I give them a triple AAA rating!

C's Storage had exactly what I needed: A clean, easily accessible, perfectly sized unit in a safe, welcoming environment. The application process was not just friendly - I was thoroughly entertained. I've been dealing with other huge stresses, and C's Storage kept it simple. Highly recommend.

I have rented a unit from this company for about 9 years. The management has always been kind and respectful. One month the system messed up and pulled the payment twice and they were prompt to respond and help me get the issue resolved. In the 9 years that was the only issue I have had. Highly recommend this location.

I have been a renter of a storage unit at C's for almost 11 years. I can't recommend them enough. The management is very professional, well organized, respectful, and very importantly... super nice! When it was time for me to finally say goodbye to the unit and all that was in it, Stephen was so accommodating and helpful to me in navigating that process. If I am ever in need of storage service in La Grande again, there is no doubt I will go to C's!

Here’s a shout out and a recommendation for C’s storage here in LaGrande. Steve, who manages the storage facility Is highly capable of overseeing the operation.
The facility is very well-kept and Steve and one other staff live on site.
My situation was somewhat complicated as I shuffled around through several units to find exactly what I needed. Steve oversaw the business aspects of it and was prompt with any requests I had for help.
The units are newer and in top shape. I suggest you go out and shake hands and get your business done. I’ll be glad you did

C storage is ridiculously clean- and I’m very picky! The units are easy to access and the owner wonderful to work with. Onsite management makes me feel that my unit is even more secure. In a quiet and private section of town and easy to access. Highly recommend this for anyone looking for storage spaces!

The owner was fantastic to work with and communicated all policies and regulations about the place! Units are clean, easy to get to and locks are provided for each one!
