Starbucks

First time I’ve ever been blown away by the service at a Starbucks, not that Starbucks employees else have been bad but there was something in the atmosphere that made it feel like home. We are on a roadtrip so I could not go to my local barista but that’s ok because the team here was patient, kind, and quite frankly a breathe of fresh air given that Starbucks is a chain. My go to drink was sold out and I asked the girl through the speaker to help as I have decision fatigue. She recommended her go to iced chai with brown sugar syrup and cinnamon. We got to the window and still added more to our order and the girl at the window graciously helped us. We drove away, food was hot, and our drinks were delicious…. So much so that my husband said the drink our recommended tastes like Christmas!

Probably one of the friendliest Starbucks i have ever visited in the PNW

Great start to the day. Fresh smoky cheddar bacon croissant and a white choc mocha. With almond milk of course

One of my favorite locations when traveling on I-84. Easy exits East & West and there is a Drive up. The Store is very clean, organized and excellent service.

So I was not having the best day & i decided to get some Starbucks. The gal who works there with blonde hair & a gold septum piercing is a angel! She made me a iced chai with pumpkin cream foam with brown sugar & told me it’s like a warm hug; which it definitely is! She was so genuinely sweet! She even gave me a gold star & I started crying, so did she a little. I can’t explain how kind she was! She truly made my day so much better, I’m so very thankful! So thank you so much, you were truly amazing.

Megan and her crew are the best. I get to stop only when I can. Thanks for the coffee today Laura and Megan. Miss you

This Starbucks is one of the best in the state. I wish they all were this good. Bravo!! The espresso actually tastes good here!!!

As a local , I frequent many coffee shops ~ but none quite make me feel as special as my drive thru at this particular location. Been coming here for a min of 10 years , and never in that time have I felt the need to leave a review . Until now , FAITH is a born barista - she is a bright spot in my day ! Her voice , tone , attitude , her smile makes me want to shout out to the Starbucks land , of what an amazing employee she is to us ‘the public’

The staff is always kind and so helpful; drive thru and in store. I really love that they always give my dog, Eddie, a pup cup. Anyone who treats my baby so sweetly, I'm happy with.

Staff was extremely pleasant and smiled at me. Great way to start off the morning. Tyrone especially was very friendly and went out of his way to make sure my order was exactly correct. Drive thru was very quick.

Ebbey was hands down the most pleasant Starbucks employee that I’ve met. She is the type of refreshing customer service we needed after a long hot drive in the truck on our road trip. Also, the other stuff were very nice and this Starbucks location is very clean 👏👏👏❤ Drinks tasted great!!🤘🏻

Great staff!! I go at least once a day (I know expensive, but we'll worth it!) They actually know me and know what I drink and make it perfect every time. It's comforting going through and actually talking to one another as if we were best buds! Way better than Dutch Bros and Sorbs.

This specific Starbucks on the corner of N Cole and Fairview in Boise is really great. Very respectful, efficient and professional staff. Waiting times in drive-through are pretty short.

My rating has zero to do with the actual coffee place lol but the local car club called eastern Oregon car club has weekly meets for cars and coffee every Sunday at 10am all are welcome

Always treated great, greeted by name. Everyone who works here does a fine job, even the new hires during their learning phase. Good espresso.

Popped in for a cold drink, on a hot day. Didn't disappoint. Clean well stocked except for the topping on the "special drink we wanted".
But, second choice was fine.

Even in small Oregon towns Starbucks does not disappoint. I noticed a lot of people use this as a restroom stop since it's right off the highway.
