Went to this Wendy’s this morning and had a very nice experience! Everyone working was extremely friendly and my food was very fresh

the food is deeeeelish. the atmosphere is very nice with lots of natural light. the service was grand. that girl cassidy behind the counter was very kind and efficient. i ordered “Pretzel Baconator” and it was deeeeelish. thank you wendy’s

People in drive-through were very nice. Didn't mess up order(rare for fast food nowadays), and it was quick.

We ordered breakfast, had a 5 min wait, because they were near the end of breakfast and switching to lunch. which I was okay with, because a lot of fast food restaurants do this. They were Very kind! Steven went out of his way to give us the best service! He was Very kind! He gave me a free drink of my choice which I wasn't expecting! The breakfast menu is very good!

Very good breakfast Sammie. I make great sausage gravy biscuit this visit, NEEDED NO PEPPER, BUT VERY VERY SALTY. NEXT TIME I ORDER THAT WILL TAKE HOME, ADD HALF N HALF AND THIN OUT A BIT EAT ONLY HAKF BISCUIT AT A TIME SO HALF AS MUCH SALT AND 2 BREAKFASTS. YUMMO

Had an issue through DoorDash where it removed all of the toppings and meat from my sandwich, and when I called and spoke to the manager Jen she was so understanding and nice about the entire situation and offered to remake my sandwich. Would definitely come back to this location.

Stayed away due to bad reviews but glad I have them a chance anyways. Pleasant young gentleman during lunch rush taking orders & handling the window. Food was fresh & hot and correct! Glad to see they’re turning it around! Will be backZ

MY WIFE & I were in the South Lyon area visiting family & friends. WE wanted to bring food, & the Wendy's was very conveniently located. WE had heard that Wendy's was going to be discontinuing one of the sandwiches. It was one WE have never tried, & WE believed this would be the "Golden" opportunity! The servers were not aware of a sandwich being discontinued, & WE couldn't remember the name of it. So, guess what. WE settled for some of the other delicious menu items. WE (including F & F's) truly enjoyed the meal! WE'RE still planning to try the TBD sandwich B4 it is gone!

Wendy's by far is my FAVORITE fast food burger joint to eat at. The food is always prepared fresh, it also always tastes the same unlike a certain M place. The establishment is very clean, the employees are approachable, and again the food is delicious. The shakes are sweet, thick, and delicious and everything on the menu is prepared fresh and made perfectly for each individual.

Went for lunch today, staff was super polite and nice, service was quick, order was perfect, food was delicious! Thanks for a great lunch Wendy’s South Lyon… keep up the good work!

On Wednesday July 3rd went to the drive thru to satisfy a craving of a burger. About 15 cars in line. Busy for late afternoon. Had a quick "meet and greet" with Betty who explained it was her first day as manager. Her smile and friendly professionalism will no doubt be an asset to your store. Good luck Betty!

One of the better Wendy's in the area. The staff is always friendly. Managers Betty and Jennifer are always helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend

This location seems to be getting quicker lately which I personally haven't had issues with in the past that much, but I know some have complained in the past. I've always liked this location overall. Better than McDonald's in my opinion.

Love going to Wendy's. The chili fries are wonderful. The Junior Frosty program my grandchildren love

The Wendy's Grilled Chicken sandwich was great! Very tastey and satisfying. And it's only 6 points on WW!!

Food was great, had flies.

Despite being kinda pricey (they seem to be neck & neck with Taco Bell, despite, in my opinion, having healthier options), you can't beat the savory flavor of their burgers! & U can get them how U like, despite their not being a Burger King in town to offer competition. Some people don't really care for their fries because of the skins but i like the skins. And again, the skins are good for u! Lots of salads to sink ur teeth in!

Stopped by Wendy’s in South Lyon after my long day at work and had the best experience that made my whole day turn around. MaKayla (so sorry if I spell it wrong) was so sweet, kind, professional and polite while helping me with my order, and I wanted to make sure she gets credit. It was the best experience I’ve ever had in a drive thru, and I was so satisfied with my experience that I thought I’d take the time to shout out to her for brightening my day. The world needs more MaKaylas. Thank you so much for your help and sharing your kindness with me.

Their 4 for $4 is the best value in fast food maket. It's good food, for a good price and with the create your own soft drink option at this location, it's a great option. Staff was friendly and attentive.

Foods consistently good the food is consistently good staff's pretty nice expect a little bit of time in the Drive-Thru other than that they're great.
