This was by far the best experience I've had with a taco bell In well over 5 yrs. The staff that worked 5-8-24 around 6:30 keep up the great work, the food was so fresh an delicious the portion size was perfect an ya'll are super friendly. Thank you for my delicious meal an great service.

I came here to try the new cantina chicken quesadilla & I was greeted with a nice a friendly smile by Dillian , He walked me through the new additions to the menu & handled my order with care. Dillian was so delightful that he even brought my order out to my table which just shows how above & beyond he was willing to go for the guest !! I loved my food & I loved the customer service I received today , I’ll definitely be back in the future

I’ve always had bad experiences at this location. BUT I was there for lunch today and it was amazing! Service was super fast, food was made correctly and the presentation was great. Food was hot and delicious. Even included plastic ware and sauce this time!

Stopped for lunch and used the drive thru. Good food and service! Had a chalupa with two hard shell tacos that were awesome! Order light lettuce, they didn’t skip on the rest and honestly they were the best tacos I’ve have in a while from any Taco Bell!

Ordered a 12 Taco party box. Used the drive-thru, was in and out in less than 4 minutes. And, my order was correct with not 1 broken shell. Hot sauce included!😋😎

The food was actually good and fresh. Plenty of toppings. I live near the horrible one at inkster and grand river. I'll drive a half hour to come to your location every time. Get the chalupa box by the way

Started going back to this location about 3 or 4 months ago. Much better quality and consistency.

Anybody that doesn't like this Taco Bell basically hates Chihuahuas and people that work hard. Solid Taco Bell.

I asked for some weird pain in the butt modded item, they happily did it without complaint. Super friendly and it was awesome. Appreciate it

I'm updating my review as they seem to have gotten new employees and fixed most of their issues. The wait can still be a little long at times but the food is good and everything I order has been in the last few orders.

I was having a long day and wanted a taco. They gave me an extra one as a surprise with out even knowing I was upset. Thank you :)

The young people at night did a great job. They were very polite and worked quickly to complete my order. My order was correct, and my food was very fresh.

The beloved South Lyon Taco Bell. What. a. place. I truly love this place with my entire soul. Everytime I partake in a meal here, I am not only satisfied, but lifted from my mere moral self and transcend into food heaven. The workers have always been patient when I needed more time for eyes to travel across the glorious menu. Not one bad thing on there I tell you. Also, it’s open all the way until 1am, perfect for night adventures. I can sit and eat my taco bell, no stress, no worries, only happiness. There is nothing that I can’t do once I eat a chalupa. So many times have been “hooked up” by the employees. They are obviously picked from a magnificent high class selection. They are, as the new era says, “real ones.” Do not be fooled by this taco bell’s low rating, I can assure you, that those people are lacking the ability to understand true beauty when they come across it. If it were possible, I would give it 6 stars. Never, and I mean never, will one ever regret visiting this heavenly place. Now go forth, and spread this information, so people can see the light, of the glorious taco bell, located right off pontiac trial, in the beautiful town of south lyon.

I've always had good experiences here. Food is usually good and orders correct. I've seen the employees work hard when short handed and wish customers would notice and respect that, instead of yelling at the employees. Keep up the good work TB!

One person working in the restaurant. The dining room was closed, but the drive-thru was open. She was doing a GREAT job. She told customers about the circumstances and asked them for their patience.

Went to the one in South Lyon they were very, very busy I won't mention how long I waited in the drive thru. However, the guy is so very pleasant and so apologitic for the wait. They only had 2 people working until help came from another taco Bell. Food was delicious and correct. Circumstances happen let's be patient people. Thanks!

Edit 12/15/21 - I’ve realized something since I wrote a negative review 6 months ago. You can’t have good service or good quality food when you don’t pay your workers a living wage. How can the workers have respect for something that doesn’t respect them? Stop eating fast food. Stop supporting slave labor. Workers don’t care about the work because the work isn’t worth it anymore. If the choice is work a job that doesn’t support you or you starve and lose your home…that isn’t freedom.

Joann is great and always has a smile when i go through the window. I always know I'll get good service when she's there. The food is always delicious and not too greasy.

Their new staff is amazing. Super polite. Double checking orders. Last 2 times I've gone. They have been open, staffed, have all of the items I want AND got the correct order.
