This was my first time in their and store associate was the best I had a great experience and the best deal you can find keep having great sales like that I will always send people there and I stay almost 29 miles away and have a couple of rainbows near me but I choose this one

The ladies are always nice at the locationin Chicago Heights. I always find something in Rainbow. I go for the Fashionova pieces. Yes! They carry Fashionova stuff......ssshhhh don't tell all the uppity girls who'd never get caught in The Bow.

Wonderful store. The manager very helpful. I didn't receive my receipt in my online purchase. She searched even tried using codes on the plastic bags to see if they could work. Then even though it was about 4:30 on a Saturday she suggested that I call the customer service number. All the while apologizing for the situation. Besides not being able to try on the clothing because of Covid this is a great location to shop. I'm sorry I can't remember the manager's name. I have a bad memory, but kudos to her.

You need a showstopping outfit for under $10? This is the spot. Now, you COULD spend $100 on one here and look dazzling but if you want thrift and a steal? Head towards the round racks. They GOT you! There's a meme that says you buy/wear Gucci but your man cheats with women who wear Rainbow clothes. Now that's terrible, but accurate. These fits WILL draw attention. The cashier at this location is the sweetest. I avoid the other Chicago Heights location as do several friends because one cashier over there is the epitome of buyer's remorse. It's not a question of if you'll have an issue with her, but when. Unfortunate. So just come to this one. It's not perfect but at least your good blood pressure will remain in tact, along with your budget. Love it!

Just take your time looking in all areas of clothing cause they have something for everyone in almost every size. I'm a 3X and think Missy sizes but staff are friendly to assist you with your fittings.
