CVS @ 1170 western ave. Excellent service. pharmacy workers are very nice n kind. They got app to request for refill and auto refill for every month. U can transfer medication from non cvs pharmacy in the app. Very helpful app.

Cleck provided excellent service and made sure received the cheapest price available.

The entire pharmacy department is fantastic! This is the best pharmacy I have ever seen! I came from another state last month and I instantly felt comfortable! I pass two other CVS to come here. 100% recommend this pharmacy if you want your medicine filled efficiently, and done the right way, this is the CVS to visit!

This is the best CVS. When my receipt didn’t print, and I always need my receipt for coupons, the manager sprung into action and got me a copy for my records and were super nice and courteous. They are the best and Brittany that works there is always super helpful. Thanks again for always being great!

A typical CVS...well stocked and staffed

This is not my preferred CVS for medical supplies, not for any problem with the store itself, but because middle-aged parents in Lexus and BMWs like to use the back straight of the Plaza as a training ground for their future career as blindfolded NASCAR drivers. Attempting to cross the street during dinner hours is a game of chicken. As for the CVS itself, its perfectly fine.

The regular M.D pharmacist is absolutely the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with. The other staff are so polite but they seem scared of him when he’s working. He pays you absolutely no attention and judges you based on the meds you pick up. He has his name written on the door before you walk in. He is the worst and it makes me want to switch pharmacies but it’s so convenient because I live five minutes away.

Their morning staff are rude & impatient. They need people skills. Especially ride to people buying smart using their coupons. They don’t explain if something didn’t work, they just shush you away ask you to move and call the next customer. Seriously lack customer service

While on the phone they displayed attitude and were impatient and quick to get me off the phone.

Pharmacy is not worth the rudeness

I phone pharmacy at 11AM. A live person says my prescription will be ready by 1:30PM. I show up at 4:30PM Friday and I'm told: not here yet, come back MONDAY. I read them the riot act, and they miraculously are able to fill it in 15 minutes. Sheer incompetence; no excuse.
