LOVE this store!
I thought they might be more expensive, but they have some really good deals and a wide selection of items. Produce is beautiful! Meat selection is great. They have a nice deli, ready to eat hot food bar, and many items you can't find at Jewel! I highly recommend!
Plus you can return items or pick up your Amazon orders there! Plenty of parking also. Love this place!

Always great selection of quality products. Love the store for fruits full of flavor. We always come here for plums, peaches, nectarines and bananas (they are only $.15 each!).
They have a good price for no hormones and antibiotics chicken and sell Dave's killer bread cheaper than some other places.
Also, it's never too busy with customers because people usually order pick-ups and deliveries

This store is cool and definitely worth trying out if you are a techy person or fan of Amazon. They also have a pretty good selection of produce and flowers. EVERYONE I've encountered in the store has always been overly friendly, patient, and accommodating. Last but not least it's a great location to pick up packages if you've been experiencing delays via USPS...some packages come within 1 day of placing your order.

First time here - and I love the place. It's laid back, and even at peak hours is not nearly as busy as the stores I usually go to. There's probably as many employees picking delivery/pickup orders as there are customers. The store is SPOTLESS.

I wish I knew that I need a coupon code for my Prime discount. This has to be generated in the Amazon app. For some reason I had zero bars in the store, but the cashier took care of it. So generate the code beforehand.

Selection is an issue. You have a few feet of soups in the aisle - my usual store has 20 feet. Same for spices, etc. One type of red grapes, two of green. But the quality is amazing. What really blew me away - take soup. Jewel is $4 a can. Menards is $2.50. Fresh was $2.14 (with Prime discount.) Today (Monday) was a pizza slice special - big slice of thin crust pizza and coke for $3. Most places are $3 for the bottle of Coke alone.

The meat selection is also a bit small, but the quality is great.

It's a bit out of the way for me, but I'll be going as often as possible.

I love the fresh fruit, vegetables, hot food bar, their fresh baked breads/cookies, and the friendly cashiers! My last cashier was a young lady whose personality was warm and welcoming... I made sure I let the door greeter know how nice the cashier was, too!

There was a lady at customer service who was shivering and two young women employees were kind to her and had the manager and another big guy help her to her car. They offered to get a ride for her aswell. Never seen this type of service ever. Amazing people

I was pleasantly surprised with the pricing of grocery items sold here. Plus if you have any Amazon returns, you can knock them out there as well. Super friendly employees and there’s a KRISPY KREME in the lobby area! So happy about having this store in the neighborhood!! Thanks bezos!!

The store was clean customer service was awesome ..but if you are not a member don't go.

The store is a great addition to the Oak Lawn area. I recommend Amazon fans to definitely give it a shot. The prices are consistent with neighboring grocery stores. The options are variety of foods and products are a breathe of fresh air.

If you have Amazon gift cards well you now have grocery money too. They have shopping carts that will scan your items creating a speedy checkout when your done shopping.

Amazon Fresh also accepts returns and can used for picking up orders. Lots of conveniences to be had here.

autumn is one of the employee at this location. she works at the customer service. she went above and beyond to help me out to track my lost package. employees here are super nice and very friendly. i notice they’re always ready to help out. when i did groceries right after i pick up my package. the place is very clean and organize. i highly recommend this place if people wanna go get groceries and even pick up packages. im very happy with my experience. 👍🏻

First time shopping here. I loved it. I'll definitely be back. Quick and easy in and out. No big lines plus there is a Krispy Kreme donut shop inside. Next time 🍩😊

First time at Amazon Fresh! Well-organized, lots of options, friendly staff and there are Alexa kiosks all over the store to assist. Check out was seamless…you can log in to your Amazon account for payment. Just scan the in-store bar code. Boom! It’s done.

Store is clean. Check out is pretty easy. Costlier than other grocery stores. Check on app for offers. Plenty of parking.

This is the best grocery store to shop at! I love amazon fresh! Everyone that works there is always in good spirits! You feel welcomed, taken care of and appreciated. Not only do they have the freshest produce and a wide selection of products but they truly make you feel loved in that store. I will continue to recommend this amazing store to my family and friends!

Very similar to Target grocery store but on a smaller scale. Beautiful landscape and location. Do not need Amazon Prime membership to shop here. Just a regular grocery store and does not feel technical since all workers are so productive.

This store exceeded any expectations I had of it. I saved so much money just walking in the store because of the coupons that they gave me and the staff was friendly and very helpful with any products I was looking for.

Order was picked up quick and easy. They even loaded the car with the bags. So happy the online order was packed accurately.

We love shopping here. Look for the red tag deals. You can find amazing deals! The store is very clean and very well organized. They just added a Krispy Kreme doughnuts inside as well. We always stop here when we’re in the area picking up someone from the airport.
