We are use to our local Norwalk needed a cake, stopped by this location was the closet. First time here, The counter young lady wasn’t friendly at all, no matter how much I tried to talk to her, she just looked annoyed and wasn’t very happy. We received our cake, and left. We love NorthGate unfortunately for some customer service that some employees have. Other than the service here, we loved our cake

Only real place to get pork chilis, and tamale making ingredients. Tasty conchas, savory chicacharrones

Gorgeous produce department, very well appointed meat/seafood department with lots of selections to choose from, great baked goods and a deli that's out of this world good. The excellent service was just the topping. I haven't seen such a great fresh market in years. Very happy I stopped in. Will 100% be back.

I have been coming here for a while now and it does seem to get better every time that I come around here. They have great produce and a wide variety of selection.

I just want to say I've been coming to this Northgate for years! Everyone working here is absolutely amazing best customer service! Starting from the meat market in the back Edgar and Jocelyn they where amazing got everything I ordered it was a very long line but they made it go fast! Then at the cash register Maria was very friendly and respectful positive attitude and Rigo so I gave an extra $20 dollars and he said you gave to much I was very surprised he caught that anybody else would have kept the extra $20! We need more works like Edgar Jocelyn meat market and Maria and Rigo cash register definitely coming back!!

The Northgate Market has all the ingredients if you like Mexico cooking.
Also, It is cheap.

Good produce, hot Mexican food, seafood and groceries at good price. Good chicharrones too. Lately it's been short of personnel and products on the shelves. I had to almost bag my own purchases. Management needs to improve the level of service and employees attitudes at this location.

This place is always busy but the meat counter moves quickly. People are minding their distance. The employees are doing a good job at making sure that everyone is wearing s mask and that all customers get a sanitized cart. They have good crowd control. The best Northgate by far.

Hands down they have the best tamale masa here no other store is as consistent an well flavored as them. My recommendation is if you haven't tried it give it a try you wont be disappointed.. They also sale fresh cooked tamales burritos tacos an tortas... Pull up the food is waiting....

It's just a great place, the employees are hard working and do their best to help you out. Everything is super organized and it's pretty big. The cashiers are pretty quick too. It smells great and everything is fresh. Highly recommend.

They have all the Mexican dish's there, Masa for tamlies, bakery,great meat market, and their menudo is off the hook. Their shrimp dishes are also great.

Love shopping here great quality on their meats and vegetables fruits and other stuff here. The Bread is made hot everyday. Hot meals for the family at great prices. Very clean store customer service is great. Team work is always their.

A very good clean grocery store that caters to Mexicans however there are many whites that are in there because the prices are good and they have a lot of interesting things to buy. Good homemade refried beans, great cooked Mexican rice to go with it with the veggies in it. They have ready-made other Mexican dishes ready for you to scoop up and put it in you to go container. They even have hot tamales. They are nice people in there.

This place caters 2 prominently the Mexican American person. However, it's a great place to go. They have food to go, and they also have tons of food you could make for yourself. The prices are good, and if you look in their weekly advertisement you can get even better deals. They just revamped this store and it is absolutely beautiful

The Hot food to go Is the ultimate. The freshly made tortillas the bomb. The produce outstanding.

I had such a pleasent experience in the meat department thanks to Joseph Cervantes! He greeted us with such a positive attitude and provided incredible service! I want to thank Northgate for having such hardworking attentive employees and making our shopping experience great!

I love the carne asada and chopped pork here. I buy a lit of the pork fry it all up, divide it up and then freeze it. Great for tacos or adding to noodles. Their produce it is so nice. Prices are fantastic.
