Two employees helped me find shoes and the sleeping bag I was looking for. They were extremely friendly and helpful, and the coupons cut down the price. Good customer service and price... Will definitely be back.

This is 1 of my favorite stores. It's been in its location for many years now.
I bought quad skates for the first time in 40 years. Their women sizes run about a size smaller than my usual size shoe though, so when shopping for quads, keep that in mind. The cost was $60.

I learn how to rollerblade when I was 7yrs old but have not done so in more than 20yrs. Since pandemic started I was laid off and in quarantine for months , and eating good food! I needed something to keep me active and I visited my nearest location to look for rollerblades for my surprise they had a very good selection a bit pricey but I just knew I WANTED a pair ASAP lol staff was nice, store was clean, and I got exactly what I needed!

I have not been into a big five for quite some time. I was looking for some sleeveless exercise shirts that I could not find at the other box stores. Found a few really nice ones here for a good price. Super friendly and helpful younger guy at the store.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. One woman, and I'm so sorry I didn't get her name, helped me get socks, gloves and my thermal underwear for my trip to South Dakota. Very nice experience.

I went in looking for a specific Adidas shoe. I couldn't find it in their shoe isles so Alexander went to check the isles in their backroom. Unfortunately they didn't have a pair but advised me to speak to the main cashier. I cannot stress how great the customer service was. Jazmine looked into their inventory, found the specific SKU, and called multiple stores to help me locate this specific shoe in my size. That is the kind of service that brings people back. Thank you for all your help on my struggle!

Stopped at the Buena Park store to buy some gifts, was surprised at how well it was stocked and organized even though it was full of customers. The staff is pleasent, courteous and extremely helpful.

The store manager is Jeff, answer my call nicely. He also ring up my shoes. All others staff are very nice too, they are smile and give me warm welcome today!😍😍😍

Helpful staff -- most are knowledgeable, some not so much. The value for the price is excellent. Good selection of goods. Most shoes are last year's to two years ago models. We purchase most of our sporting goods here. We purchase elite level equipment elsewhere.

Good in and out of the store in 10 minutes with it pretty busy workers do a good job of getting it what you need and getting you to the next place thank you
