This is about the cleanest grocery store I seen in a while its up there

I stopped in yesterday, the meat selection was amazing I bought a whole pork shoulder, i asked the butcher if he would cut it into pork steaks fast prompt service.... Will definitely buy my meats there just because of the customer service

Love this grocery store. Small town shopping is so convenient. Not over price. The bakery is home made daily so fresh. You actually have a uoung man bring your groceries to your vehicle. The meat department is very good

Employees are always friendly and helpful. The store is clean and prices are competitive. They will carry your groceries to your car and are not allowed to accept tips.

Small store. Very clean and well organized. Some prices are a tad high, and some are not... Convenient and close to home for those last minute items ..

I have known the owner for many years. He takes a lot of pride in his business and the way it is run. It is the cleanest family-owned grocery store I've ever seen.

Great place to shop. Love their meats, especially the hamburger. Pleasant workers and always help to load groceries without asking.

No run as well as in past years, not as fresh and clean, or as well managed. Some very unprofessional customer service experiences, lately gave been the norm. Too bad.

Good hometown grocery store. Has a very good deli section with a good selection of deli meats and very good fried chicken. They usually have everything I need.

Amazing staff very friendly and kind they load your car for you if you want and the have a very clean store and small town feel product is a little pricy but but I feel well worth It for the friendly staff and great service along with the fuel perks for the gas station next door fill my tank for 20 cents

I've been going to Newton Falls IGA for more than 30 years and it's consistently the best! They have the best meats by far and best rotisserie chicken and jojos. And I think the bakery is the best too. The employees are the nicest people, how does IGA do that? Even though they are smaller than the other store in town, IGA stocks stuff I like that the other store doesn't have, like Panera soup and Campbell's Yes soup and Egglands Best hardboiled eggs, and Qui Yogurt. If you're a coffee lover, they sell the best fresh ground coffee ever! It's a local brand, Raptis. You just take the bag of beans to the deli and they fresh grind it for you! I also love how this store always does help out to the car. I LOVED that 30 years ago and LOVE it more that I'm old! And Wednesday 5% discount for Seniors makes IGA 5 stars!
