We finally bought a Kayak. I've been wanting one forever. Shannon helped us. She was so knowledgeable, had answered to all our question. Got us everything we needed for safety and for hauling the Kayak. She even showed how to attach it to the car. I have never had customer service that good and friendly. I just can't say enough good things about our experience with Dicks. From Shannon to Sean who helped us at check outs, you should be proud to have those two as employees.

I'm happy to have found all the bike accessories that I was looking for. Great one stop shop for all your sporty, outdoor and indoor activities.

Clean and easy layout. I was assisted by a young man named Tristan. He helped me find what I was looking for and more. The cashier was friendly and fast as well. In and out with some new gear.

Called ahead 1 hour before closing to make sure they had what you needed dine we were coming from the sw washington area. Employee did not have a problem with going in the back and checking to see if they do! We get there and we were directly led to what we need! Etremely helpful employees! Thanks for your time!

Absolutely amazing staff! The manager "Hot" Carl is a super friendly guy and definitely leads by example. Brennan, the all-star salesman, knows the store like the back of his hand. You won't be disappointed by their top notch selection of all things outdoors!

Very nice well organized sporting goods & workout store. Rhianon did an excellent job on our return. She was very friendly & helpful. We walked around the store & bought some other workout clothes. The store was neat & tidy. I would shop again here as they have a good selection of workout clothes & sporting goods. Whatever sport you do give them a try!

Wonderful service. We had to return a kayak that was damaged. We didn't notice until we got it home (should have inspected it before we left). I was sure they'd give us a hard time but the staff at Gresham were super nice about it and even helped us load it back onto our car. Definitely keeping these guys in mind when I need more gear.

I just went in there at 2:00pm on a Wednesday. Was looking for some shoes and I'm sorry for misspelling it. But Kayleigh helped me. Super great spirit. She deserves to be In management. How well she handled my questions and how good she was to problem solve and do what it took to make me happy. Always with a smile on her face. Thank you again. I will be back because of her

Great selection, but a little higher prices. Not the most welcoming personnel the 2x I have been there....a little cranky and short with us. I was taken by surprise once again. I guess anybody can have bad days in retail environment I guess.
Update... went back after my 10 year olds bike frame had broken and absolutely best service ever! They went out of the way and were generally very disturbed that my son had that problem! VERY well handled for sure. I am.SOLD as a customer there.

The head coach of the store today on this busy thanksgiving was the best leader I have ever met. I had a small situation and he handled it so well! He was very fast, didn’t keep me waiting and so kind! I will definitely shop here again.

Kyle helped my bore-sight my scope for hunting season and was super helpful. I had a bad experience at another sporting goods store and he was able to correct their mistakes! I am glad at least one store is still doing this and knows how to do it!

What a refreshing shopping experience. There was a greeter at the door offering hand sanitizer and ensuring customers were equipped to shop safely by handing out masks, and requiring them to shop. Staff was very helpful while I was wandering around a little unsure.

Very large & spacious store. Well stocked with all types of sporting goods. We found a t ball set, glove, and a few balls for a reasonable price. Definitely will return for the next sporting purchase

I went in here to find shorts and the sales associate was surprisingly sweet and helpful. I had my dog with me and she chose a bigger changing room for me. When you have someone so kind to you who actually seems like they like their job it's refreshing. Also, found awesome shorts on sale.

Great place. Not horribly expensive but also not cheap-great quality merchandise. General manager is awesome also. Treats his people well. I go in more because of that

Staff is always very helpful. The only thing I wish they had is a better selection of nocks and fletching in the archery section. Store is always clean and organized well; and it's the only place I can find the aluminum arrow shafts I like. Staff matches sales prices that you see online, as long as it's not an online-only price, which keeps me checking their website quite often. This is the best sporting goods store in Gresham.

My two daughters I was greeted and assisted by a young lady named Alix who pointed us in the right direction and got us in and out with our fishing gear in 5min flat on her fourth day working!! Wow!! Thanks Alix.

I really like Dick's Sportings Goods. They always have great deals on things I need for sporting events and for other things. Once of your lotto yearly sidewalk sale which is very advantageous to people who like to save money. Who doesn't like saving money?! I've always felt like I did hear Dick's Sporting Goods
