I recently visited Advanced Auto Parts, and let me tell you, it was like stepping into a gearhead's paradise! The moment I walked in, I felt like I'd entered the Batcave of car repairs.

The staff here is so friendly that they practically greeted me with a "vroom-vroom" instead of a hello. I half-expected them to hand me a wrench and ask me to join the pit crew!

I needed an alternator for my project, my go too store is usually hamburg's AutoZone however they didn't have the part and told me the closest I could get it was in Allentown. The following day I called this AAP and they told me that they didn't have it in stock, but their warehouse did so they asked their driver to pick it up for me and had it at the store in about an hour. I have never felt so valued as a customer before. Incredibly kind of them

Talk about customer service. I was promised a part delivery that I prepaid for at Hamburg location by Monday 2/20. Called and said they just " didn't get there" to pick it up. Call Hamburg again on 2/21 and it was delivered to the WRONG location!!! They took it to Temple. Kenzie and the manager ( forgot his name) at Leesport cleared it all up for me and said they will personally pick up the part, and have it in Leesport in 24 hours no questions asked. I will be a customer for life there!
