Kevin is kinda rude, everytime he helped me I was left feeling uneasy since his attitude rubbed off on me. But, the other employees are nice!

I don't know the workers name at the Temple Postoffice. But everytime I go in there he is working.
He is always grumpy and acts irritated when you go to the counter for something.
If he doesn't like working inside where it's nice and dry and comfortable, maybe he should get a delivery route in the city of Reading and walk for miles everyday.
He acts like we are bothering him.

A different matter.
Where I live we get different mail people almost everyday.
Yesterday a new guy drove by several times.
He finally came back and delivered one piece of junk mail. He went up the street and turned around and drove right past the neighbors box without stopping to pick up their mail.
At the same time there were two other mail vehicles driving around our block.
The post office is going downhill fast.

Lady front desk was quick, and by quick I mean pushy. I misheard her once and she immediately snapped at me and when I complied she was snippy because I wasn’t going fast enough. If you work in a facility that deals with people, customer service is a must and she just doesn’t grasp it.

The Temple PA Post Office has a strange crew, always did. Get in and get out but just be careful of the steps by the door. I got an attitude from the clerk way back in the 90’s so I’m always on my guard when I go in there.
