Petsmart is the best, they have the best groomers. We love using Arianna but Vivien & Jay Jay are also great so we're always covered. We love all the different treats & toys they sell also..definitely recommend them 😊🐕

The store was clean and stuff was nice and helpful. The store is well stocked with everything you need for your pets. And it's nice that you can get your pets shots with shotvet that come on some Saturdays.

As I entered the Temple Store, which is my very first time, I was greeted with a pleasant "Hello", and I was very happy to hear that, because I do not hear that at any others stores. As I went up and down the isles there was so much for either a dog or cat, I could not believe it, so I was just going to check out the store, well wouldn't you know it, I purchased more than what I was looking for, my Kitty will be very happy. I am sure I will be shopping here many more times! Very nice store!!!

Love this location so much!!!! From puppy training, to the grooming to the friendly cashiers that ask if it’s ok to give our puppy a treat…it’s our pet family away from home!

This is a a great location! Wanted a guinea pig and they had one that was just recently seen by a vet and treated for an issue and cleared of it. First of all, good job for them for taking sick animals to the vet and not ignoring it. Second, they were very nice and let me interact with the guinea pig before I decided to take him. I am so happy with the guinea pig!

JayJay groomed our 14 week old puppy for his first big boy cut. We were worried about what he would look like since he was a cute fluffy puppy. We were SO happy. She did a fabulous job making him still look like a fluffy puppy and even more cute than before! Highly recommend using her!

The grooming salon on 5th street couldn't BE more perfect! We absolutely ADORE Ariana! She is so kind and wonderful with our little furball! I have never had someone be so kind and patient with a dog who hates to get their hair and nails cut! The whole gang is so friendly and knowledgeable, and they truly make you feel like family when you walk in! It is so nice to be able to not have to worry leaving my pup there! Thank you, a TON Adriana and co! We cant recommend you guys enough!

I like it,,the only thing it's that if ISA PET STORE,, WHY THERE'S NEVER ANYTHING, NO BIRDS, NO REPTILES, NO NOTHING..AND I THINK PRICES ARE TO HIGH...SORRY BUT TRUE...

I have gotten animals from PetSmart and I have had a wonderful experience with them.
all the animals I bought have lived long lives ( fishes, hamsters and etc.....) And I would definitely recommend them to anyone

We had a great experience at PetSmart in Temple this week. Had to exchange an item, but special thanks to team leader/manager Rachel, who was friendly, calm, polite, and efficient. She's a model of outstanding customer service. Thank you!

I wish I had gotten his name but the gentleman that met us at the door helped fit my dog with a harness which also meant wrestling her to get the other one off and the new one on and adjusted. He was a great help!

The place was very busy when I was there. The manager was very attentive and opened a few registers to push the crowd through which made the long line go very fast.

The cashier was very pleasant and asked if they could offer my dog treats.

The store was clean and displays were tidy. They had everything in stock that we went for.

They had a pet clinic while there offering checkups and shots. Having used a pet clinic before, they are way cheaper than visit a vet for the same shots! I highly recommend using these clinics.

Well it's coming up on Christmas so it has changed a bit it seems like they have lots of sales going on prices are pretty decent they still do their normal dog cutting and always seem to be adding new things they have a heck of a selection of doggy coats so if you need a coat for your dog good place to go enjoy yourself at PetSmart and bring your petal along as well they're allowed to go in the store.
