Quick Service, very clean store, Associates always helpful and present.

I have been a customer for this Pharmacy since 1995. I have been through a few Pharmacists. I really miss the 2 older gentlemen that retired a few years back. They were quite wonderful and always very pleasant to talk to , never any moments that made me feel uncomfortable. The newest addition is Caitlin, very wonderful, sweet and very friendly. Her advises seem to be right on.I do enjoy talking to her and the others as well. The assistants and the older lady and of course John are a big plus too. Thank you so much for going extras beyond excellent customer services. Next step I will invite them for party😊

Love going to this pharmacy. Always smiling and are helpful with any missed prescriptions. Often busy, but I’m not surprised. Great service.

For some reason my insurance did not go through when I went to refill my pill. The pharm tech (I think) here, Lindsay, explained to me what was going on and suggested that I call my doctor to get it authorized. I did and came back the next day and had exactly the same problem. Lindsay resent the authorization just in case my doctor didn't get it (he did the first time). I came back again the day after and tried to refill my meds, hoping by this time my doctor did his job. Lindsay was ever patient with me, checked the computer file again and informed me that she didn't get the authorization. She called the insurance for me to check to see if the insurance didn't make a mistake. Then she called my doctor herself to find out what happened to the authorization. My doctor forgot to sign it and is not in for the week anymore. So Lindsay explained to me the options I had for my meds (I was completely out) while I waited on the authorization that may not come in today. She was really patient and sweet and then when I thanked her she said she wished she could do more and she's sorry that she couldn't. This was the best pharmacy experience I've ever had. I felt personally cared for and that matters a lot.

I have been using the Rite Aid Pharmacy in Lake Oswego for years and have always been happy with the quality of service I receive.

I have used a number of pharmacies in the Portland area from grocery stores to big box stores to 24hr pharmacies. I keep coming back to this store mainly due to their staff.

They are really busy at this store but I'm always impressed by their attitude and how they will go out of their way to help me when I need something faster than scheduled.

Friendly staff and great service, always fills my family's Rxs on time and gives me a text when they are ready so I dont forget. The new pharmacy staff is great to talk to as well.

The store is really neat and clean, which makes it a lot nicer to shop.
There's a lot of selections and the staff at the checkout are very nice, I managed to get what I needed and had a nice conversation while I was being rung up.

Best place in town to purchase beautiful, fresh, reasonably priced potted plants and greenery.
