favorite coffee shop in town. as you know, i'm a bit of a coffee shop connoisseur and there are certain criteria that weigh in to different degrees when i rate a coffee shop. hours of availability is the heaviest hitter, and coffee which is fresh is a must. well i tried this shop at 9:30 pm, walking in asking which of the brewed coffees was the freshest. the person behind the counter said that if i had a minute they would brew me a fresh pot. i was not about to turn down this offer. when the coffee was ready (i think it was a colombia single origin, washed process?) i had many different size options to choose from, and i chose the 16oz, a fine size for it being a bit later in the evening. when i went to pay for it she said "you had to wait on me", and only charged me for the sparkling water i'd grabbed. this puts them in the top-tier of customer service. this is not usually an area that matters in any way to my ratings, however i love a deal, and must admit that it's kind of nice to be treated in a way that makes you feel special. bravo 7-eleven, bravo.

I love there home baked cookies now. All the new stores are preparing them in store now.

I've had the opportunity to talk with the owner a few times while in their purchasing certain items and I have had a good experience here every time. They've been understaffed unfortunately and the owner would love nothing more then to make things much better. My personal experience has been a positive one. It's easy to judge something by personal experience rather than empathy and understanding. As far as I can tell, the store is immaculate 95% of the time and a few employees that I've dealt with are trying their best. I'm giving him a five star because of all of the problems that they have to face on a regular basis because of their location and because of certain circumstances when they've done so much to stay ahead. Give them the benefit of the doubt. The owners really kind and only wants for everyone to be happy. It's just a hard time right now.

It is nice to get fountain drinks, grab a quick bite, or read the newspaper, while there, eating! Have a play area for kids, very clean, great service! I enjoy their food.! I remember going, when we thought MacDonald's was such a treat! Still can do that today! 😋

Employees are always smiling and laid back! "Real" quick service with smile 😊
