Scheduling my appt on line to get my oil changed was easy. Shortly thereafter, I received a time adjusting service confirming phone call. I arrived on time, was greeted professionally

Even though I overslept for my 9am appointment 😮‍💨😩, I called to say I would be there by 9:15, but got there shy of 9:30, the staff still accommodated me no less. I was checked in & service complete within an 1.5 hrs. where I was expecting @ least wow 😃😃😃

They messed up my key fob my key ring was stretched out or looks switch to me, brought it in working order and when I went to pick it up I can't unlock or lock my car with the key fob and I noticed 1 of my buttons was pushed in. So I am not coming back here They can't take care of my key fob red flag. And when I called to let them know about it I was on hold for about almost 8 mins

This Firestone has been here for decades and the reason why they have lasted here is because they are honest and thorough. The pricing is a little high but they love to give coupons which is one of the deciding factors for me. This is yet another Gardena establishment my family and I have been using. I recommend it highly.

Can't believe how much I saved after buying a warranty.

We paid for a warranty on the front tire after getting it changed, we didn't think it would apply to the back tires so we didn't bring it up once we came in today cause a back tire was shredded from a piece of metal. They reminded us about the warranty and only charged us $40 for the whole thing. And my truck tires are expensive as hell so I appreciate it.

I went across the street to play some pool while I waited and they called when it was done. I recommend this place.

Correction: I didn't notice but apparently I got two new tires.... I didn't even know they replaced the other back tire which was old but not broken. I'm wondering if that was a mistake? Cause wow two tires for $40 and the warranty wasn't expensive at all.

I always come here for my oil changes/tire needs. When I make an appointment the service is performed with minimum wait. Jesus, the service advisor is amazingly nice, upfront and honest on the work that is being done. Definitely worth coming here for your auto needs.

We discovered a flat tire on our Jaguar XF Supercharged and took it to this shop to be repaired. It turned out to be a crack in the wheel, rather than a "wound" in the tire. Jason and Robert were able to effect a repair at a local shop and we had the car back the next afternoon so we could return to San Diego. We were treated fairly and honestly. I highly recommend this shop for any service they can provide.

Jesus provides the best customer service. Today he is getting the tires I liked delivered to shop and expects car to be done by 3:00pm. And I didn't have an appointment!

Visiting from out of town and noticed my mother's car had a flat. Brought it in on a very busy morning where Jesus patiently assisted us (as well as many others). The tire needed to be replaced. We were out quickly and back on our way. Very professional service.

Needed a new tire at 1am left my keys in the drop box had my new tire the next day easy and the best place to take your car without any worries excellent service.
