CVS

Rx was super busy so I left. I received a text an hour later saying it was ready. I picked up my Rx without any issues. In n out.

This evening, July 14, I had an exceptional experience with a pharmacy employee by the name of Roderick. He was so kind and courteous that I was shocked. He didn't even seem real.

Usually, I have become accustomed to some CVS employees being less caring and take no interest in trying to understand the situation.

In this case, Roderick exhibited great customer service by promptly greeting me, professionally requested the information he needed to get my order, and noticed my prescription was out of refills. He took the time to make sure that I was aware of this and asked me if he needed to alert my provider of the med that had to be refilled. We even had small talk while he checked me out via the drive thru.

I am grateful to have encountered Roderick after a long day. He was all smiles and such a cutie too! 🥰😍

Currently interning here. I love the staff. There friendly, hardworking and giving me a shot at experience I need. Grateful!

I am patient when having to wait in line because I know what it's like on the other side of the counter. I did an internship at another CVS. I wasn't allowed to use the register, but I did help the cashier by retrieving the prescriptions that were ready.

Love this store. I'm a night owl and this store is open 24/7 (prescriptions, too.). In most of LA meteo area 10pm closing times are the norm, but not here. If you like to do your shopping at 3am this is the store you. I hope they never change.

When it comes to seasonal items such as Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine's Day Exedra. Winter, spring, summer, fall. they have it all. Items you will not find in the big box stores . also note: if using the pharmacy, Order ahead if possible. they have a drive-thru window and drop off tube..

Clean and well maintained store very, respectful and caring staff. Great pharmaceutical consultants, so professional.
