It’s prom season. The store was very busy for the students! We didn’t make appointments. We walked in to the store, the staff are very nice and friendly. Measured and tried each piece of clothes for my son. We were so happy about what we got! Thank you so much for your help!!!

Jen was amazing, she helped me after I was one of the victims of Dapper and Dashing Sudden Closures, she made sure i felt at the correct place and answered all my questions and made sure my outfit would fit perfectly, they have really good prices as well.

Great experience with the staff there. They were able to help me find two suits and were very cost effective with my budget. They also managed to juggling fitting three customers at the same time, which was like watching a ballet of fittings and matching suits to person. Would recommend.

Just had an absolutely fantastic interaction with Travis. He was extremely attentive when we walked in and helped me get a new shirt by taking my measurements and taking the time to run through the clearance rack to find me a couple versions to try on. He was kind, helpful, and I hope anyone who goes to this location has the pleasure of meeting Travis

Travis did a great job helping me find a new suit, tailor some slacks and get a few accessories. He was very personal and has excellent customer service skills. I will be back again and recommend him and this location to other friends.

Travis is absolutely incredible! He fitted me for a new tux with all the bells and whistles. They hemmed my pants on the spot! Very knowledgable and professional!! Highly recommend Jos A Bank in Hudson!!

Travis is excellent. He helped me in a pinch and truly has an eye for detail. I was in a hurry and probably came off dry (unintentionally) and he did not mind at all. His customer service is the best I’ve received so far in my life.

Had a great experience at this store! The staff was professional and courteous, all with the phones ringing and multiple people coming in and out during a busy season. The gentleman working there solo was handling it all amazingly well and I got just what I needed. Thank you for such a positive shopping trip. :)

Travis was a huge stress relief when trying to find something for my fiancé to wear at our wedding. He went above and beyond to listen to what we liked both style and comfort. He ensured that we left with exactly what we needed and even pre ordered items for us that were not in store so we were 100% satisfied. Highly recommend.

My fiancé and I went to the Hudson location to get his suit for our wedding. Travis was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, he even called other stores to have a shirt we wanted shipped to us. I highly recommend this location and really appreciated everything Travis did to help us!

Very well kept store. Went shopping here for homecoming. A little tucked away in downtown hudson but you definitely won’t regret coming here. Very kind and professional folks who clearly love their job. My clothing looked great too. I got so many compliments!

After about 5 mintues of waiting, a wonderful lady named Monica walked up to me and offered her assistance. Even though the store was very busy, she was very attentive and helpful. She helped me get everything I needed, including measuring me, and got me out in a short period of time. Next time I need any sort of dress clothes, I will be going to Jos. A. Banks of Hudson just for their fantastic customer service. Also, there is a young lady named Sammie who works the counter; she was great as well.

Barry and Trevor (sorry if I got the name wrong dude) were great with a last minute suit need for a wedding while I was passing through. Got out of there for way less than I expected and my pockets still feel good.
