Meg was so pleasant and helpful! I ordered a pair of pants online with in store pickup and right away she offered that I could try them on when I arrived at the store. She brought me several different sizes to try until I found the right one and matched the price I paid online for the first pair- all in a very friendly and professional manner.

The employees here are always so sweet and helpful! I specifically drive out of my way to go to this location, even though I live much closer to the Beachwood location. Excellent customer service!

Great selection of items and always well organized. The layout makes it super easy to navigate and browse around. Staff is also always super nice and helpful.

Generally I have a nice experience when I visit this convenient location. Parking isn't great. Girls are usually friendly. Make sure they pack your jewelry separate so it doesn't snag your clothing.

I found some nice sale items but was very disappointed in the lack of help and enthusiasm from the sales clerk
