Really clean location. Stopped by on a late Sunday evening they had everything in stock except the sushi bar and some of the bakery. But then again it’s a late weekend. Aisles were very clean and staff directed me to the right areas. Self check out works perfectly and I was out in under 15 mins. Located right off the main road this spot has plenty of parking. Beware of folks in the lot not making full stops when you turn in

This is a one stop store 4 mins walk from Ellendale Place in LA. Extremely convenient, great prices and discounts, fresh fruits and vegetables and excellent courteous staff. Self checkouts are promptly assisted if need be.
The most amazing experience was meeting Juan who conversed with me in very good Hindi! I was taken by surprise when he told me that he knows other Indian languages too! And how he learnt ? Well by talking to customers. Absolutely fab!

At 0700 hr., I arrived at ONE OF MY FAVORITE PLACES TO BE. THE SHELVES WERE FULL. THE AISLE WERE EMPTY! A PERFECT ENVIRONMENT FOR ME.

Really good Ralphs, The kroger products are really awesome the water bottles there has NO BPA, if i had to pick this ralphs or food 4 less at hoover street, it has to be ralphs, the service is nice and so is the workers.

I was really impressed with the curbside pickup service. Marilyn was very helpful, accommodating and fast! She had a very friendly demeanor and took the time to check that my order was accurate and even took a couple trips back to the store for some items that needed substitution since they were out of stock. Definitely will be back!

I’ve gotta say for the amount of years I’ve been coming to this Ralphs no one has exceded expectations like Richard K.! I went last week to pick up my order and Richard was backed up with orders running back and forth. He explained to me what was happening and was very nice. He brought my order out as soon as he could. By far the best customer service! Thanks Richard!

I really loved the customer service at the store, spoke to several people at different times because it was my first time ever in this particular store, all very helpful courteous. I even took the shuttle service home because I purchased more food than I intended and was on the bus, the manager was very helpful in facilitating that, believe his name was Jeramey (Sat about 3:00). I would give it ten stars, lines moved quickly and many were open, shout out to Kayla who just answered my inquiry as to the correct name of the manager, which I had wrong, very nice, so impressed.

Par for the course big box grocery store. The staff is friendly and helpful, the billing is prompt even if they could open a few more counters to speed up the queues and they are usually well stocked.

This is a marvelous Ralphs to come to honestly. The employees are so kind and generous and are very essential to us customers and we all should be very thankful for their hard work. They should get paid more in my opinion. The customer service is excellent ranging from the manager Bruno, to cashiers like Cristian, and baggers like Taylor (lets not forget the click list people like Marylin) they help lift the shopping experience to a whole another level. I couldn't help to notice a review made by Ms. Balbina Jones when she said that Cristian was rude and with no mask? She was most likely having a terrible day and caught him without his mask for a quick second to catch some fresh air. I can't blame him he always has a million customers at his register and he is definitely one of the best employees there that uplift the vibe and bring that place to life. I salute him and all his hard work. Guarantee you talk to him and he'll make you laugh and you'll most definitely leave the store with one of the best grocieries shopping experiences! He definitely deserves a raise! Store managers praise him please and the rest of the employees there cause without them you guys are kinda out of luck .

I has the best customer service I have ever had at a grocery store. I needed to use the restroom and when I got to the entrance I asked the security guard where the restroom was and not only did she tell me but she walked me all the way there. I told the management and he said that she would get a little bonus and he would buy her a drink at Starbucks inside the store.

Great customer service and support. Produce is always fresh and neatly preserved for your pleasure. But the deli staff could use more help and training. Little better customer service in this area.
