Great customer service from entry to exit. My arms were full of stuff and one of the emploees offered to get a cart for me. This is a pleasant place to browse with nice shopping music, (not too loud like some places). The isles were tidy and shelves faced and organized. Did I mention their prices ?!! They are Fabulous!!! At the check out, the employee was very polite and did a great job wrapping glassware I live kind of far away from Marshall's and never really to go as often as I like.

I had never really shopped a Marshalls before, but the selection and variety was amazing. Granted it is hit or miss on some products as the variety of products coming in to the store varies from shipment to shipment. However the products they do get are some very high end brands, and usually at about half the normal price you would see elsewhere. I highly recommend this store for its selection of products.

Anytime I have gone into this store or even called on the phone they are VERY helpful and polite. They give EXCELLENT customer service!

I had a really unusual yet super appreciated encounter at the Ontario Marshall's. To lay the framework: I'm old and I know I'm old, I'm overweight and I'm a stingy-butt so I shop for the cheapest old-lady clothes and I've grown accustomed to being ignored and despised in retail clothing stores. I don't even try, I just grab what I need and head to the fitting room. But today was so different. I roll up, clearly someone who cares nothing about my appearance (sloppy pony, no makeup, sundress with no bra, birks), and start racking my pile of white shirts and black pants (yep, I'm shopping for food service clothes). I am warmly greeted by this gorgeous ginger-haired young fashionista who proceeds to pay attention to me and make clever banter with full eye-contact and not a single deep-sigh of barely contained disgust. She was likewise just as connected when I was leaving, so it wasn't a fluke. It's been a very long time since I've been SEEN and appreciated by a younger retail attendant, especially a perfectly coiffed and flawlessly dressed one. I know it sounds crazy but it made me feel cute and feminine with none of the usual sharp-edged acceptance that my ship has sailed in the minds of most of America. But not today. In Ontario, f-ing Oregon no less. Thank you, lovely, sweet, and clever red-haired buddha-girl! 💜

Prices are not bad. Lots of clothing, some other stuff. I would like to see more shoes. Good cooking gear. There are lots of little things that make the difference sometimes. You must see every now and again

I love that this store has opened here. They have fantastic prices abcs I've been able to find quite a few things that are much more expensive on Amazon. I love saving money! The home decor and organization areas are my favorite, they have baskets for every need.
The clothing department carries very cute and on trend clothes and the dressing rooms are top notch with great lighting around the mirrors so you can really see what your outfit looks like before you buy it.
Always friendly staff. This is just a great store!

Daughter in law needed a pair of shoes, took her to Marshalls, neither of us likes shoes from Walmart, she found a pair that she liked fir only $13, we also found a toy for her 3 year old for $16. But the best part of it all was at the check out, i ended up being a little short for the toy, i asked the cashier if they could hold it so i could run home and get the amount i needed. As we were walking away from the register my 3 year old started crying.. a lady offered to pay for it, but my pride along with my daughters pride, took over and told her thank you, but no. I went back and got the toy

I always liked Marshals I like their handbags I like their clothes I bought a pair of pants today some sandals I'm getting ready to go on vacation I bought a new purse sandals jeans on top bras and I brought my client with me she did a little bit of shopping we are in there for a few hours overall five star and the employees were really nice really helpful helping us find the things that we needed

Great place to find things for the home as well as clothes...you just have to treat it like a garage sale..some good finds.

Good place to find a gift for yourself or someone else. Products change constantly so if you want it, buy it when you see it. Good stuff at reasonable prices.

We have needed a department store in this area like this for a long time! It was late when I was able to finally check it out, so i did not even get close to seeing everything, which was a bummer, because I can, (and will), spend hours here! Great deals, prices, and inventory! Can't wait to go back!

The store is aesthetically pleasing on the inside and they offer many nice items particularly for females! Of course there are male products as well. They have a nice assortment of candles and skin care products.

When you walk in, you kinda forget your just in Ontario! It's such a nice store! Lots of selection for great prices! So happy to see a good shopping store in this area! I will continue to go back! 😃😃😃😃

Went in for one thing, a pair of jeans I had bought a month earlier. Found it and was out in 5 minutes. Cashier was friendly and efficient. Excellent work, Marshall's!

Good selection, some cool men's clothes and found good items for my kids.
