As one peruses down the aisles, or if you know where to go and a direct path is chosen, the store will not lack in outdoor items. There is a great fisheries area and a great selection of hunter needs. Enjoy!

Went in to have my bow adjusted to me. Buddy was extremely helpful and helped me get comfortable with my bow. All the employees were helpful and knowledgeable. Place looks small on the outside. But the inside seems so much bigger. Well stocked. I will be back for more.

The guys in the archery department at The Outdoorsman in Ontario, Oregon are amazing. They helped me pick out my first compound bow, tuned it for me, gave me tons of helpful tips and sent me home feeling confident and comfortable with my new bow. They were exceedingly patient with me as a newbie. People should really buy bows and other hunting equipment from this place. The knowledge, experience and expertise of this staff is incredible

I was fishing at Owyhee Reservoir, and I broke my casting rod. When I was walking back to my camp, a buddy of mine suggested this place called "The Outdoorsman store" in Ontario. He said it closed at 5, and if we left now we could probably still make it before they closed. We made it two minutes before closing, and a nice gentleman stayed late and helped me find the perfect casting rod for my fishing needs. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could because of the amazing help and staff running that store. This is a great place!

Love year end sale knowledge staff

Just wanted to give a huge shout out to Joel in the archery department. We purchased a bow from Outdoorsman for my 10 yr old son for Christmas. Brought him in a few days after Christmas to get everything sized for him. Joel had a steady line of people needing his help all morning, but when it was our turn he made us feel like his top priority. He was super sweet with my son and spent a lot of time teaching him how to correctly shoot his new bow. We live in Eagle, but I’m so glad we made the drive to Ontario. Excellent customer service, guys. Much appreciated!

This is the only place I go to buy any of my bow and arrow supplies, and to get repairs,they guys are super helpful and when you walk in, your greeted by some nice people also. Got boots their and the lady was so kind even though she had to keep running to the back for me,she wasn't even frustrated. I love this place they offer clothes guns bows camping name it for outdoors they probably have it.😎

This is a great store to buy everything you need to kill anything you want. Fish, animals and even people if necessary. I personally would never kill anyone unless I absolutely had to. The way things are today you just never know.

Great local gun store, i was looking for a used winchester model 94 rifle, called the store and was told they just got one in that was in great shape. The staff was very helpful, i told them i couldn't get there to look at it till my lunch hour, the staff said they would set it aside with my name on it till i could come to see it.
The rifle was in great shape and priced very fair, i bought it that day. I returned two days later and bought a mossberg shotgun also!
