Grateful this store is in Ontario Oregon so I don't have to drive to Boise Idaho. Large selection of items for the schools in the area and all of the sports. The customer service is phenomenal. Very polite and helpful.

Love shopping here. Friendly and knowledgeable staff as well as good prices for outdoor gear. Highly recommend for any sporting goods needs.

I never had service at Big 5 like I did today. I walked in the store and I got past the register and a gentleman by the name of Anthony said hi can I help you very polite very very polite and I said yes I'm looking for some work shoes and some tennis shoes and I told him what I was looking for which ones I wanted he went back he got them very professional I've never gone into this big five and been more please with my service that I got please keep Anthony at the store because if he works there I will be there all the time I've had help before with shoes but never like the service that Anthony gave me today I was really impressed and I will always come back there always as long as he's there I didn't catch his last name but his name is Anthony. Thank you for hiring such a wonderful wonderful person like Anthony I wish they were all like Anthony. This was at the Ontario store in Oregon.

I got a screaming deal on a fishing pole. Staff was very friendly and checking out was easy.

I am an avid Big 5 shopper and they notice that you are a valued customer and treat you as such. The best part besides the selection are the friendly employees! They have even gotten things from other stores for me when they didn't have my size. Great place to shop foe quality active wear and shoes.

They were great and very friendly just didn't have what I was looking for. Swimsuits you would think someone would carry them year round at least for those who have Hot Tubs and needs a suit

Assistant Manager went out of his way to accommodate me. He was friendly and professional which will cause me to shop there more often.

Excellent staff excellent service I would recommend anyone searching for a new pair of shoes to go here they went out of their way to help my wife find a shoe that was better suited for her foot.

It has a good selection for how big the town and store are. Always have the one day deals and special items I am looking forward to in my collection.

This is a very good place to shop good pricing their clearance sales are fantastic and the employees were very helpful throughout the seasons I have kids that play soccer and they come and help me figure out the sizes and everything good store will continue shopping there
