QFC

Been coning to this QFC since the one on 32nd closed years ago. Relatively small, but they have a great selection of produce, meat and seafood. Decent wine and beer selection too. Staff is always helpful, and I like the fact that you're not forced to do self check-out.

Michelle in the bakery has awe-inspiring customer service expertise. today was not the first time she went above and beyond to assist with something. She embodies the zenith of customer service skills

I had an incredible experience at this grocery store thanks to Justin, one of their amazing cashiers. I was having a panic attack during my visit, and Justin went above and beyond to help me through it. His kindness and patience made all the difference. I was almost in tears. I can't thank him enough for his exceptional customer service. Truly outstanding!

The best grocery store in town. Small selection but impeccably curated. The employees are attentive, helpful, hard working and care about their store and the people who come into it. 6 stars.

My first visit to QFC...and I am a fan! Love the variety of products, not more expensive than Market of Choice, so I am good. No QFC's in Eugene, but will definitely be back when back in Portland! Thank you for a wonderful new food shopping experience😎

I feel semi-weird leaving a grocery store review, but I love this store so much that I need to rave about them! The staff here is the best. Everyone is friendly, funny, and helpful! It has a neighborhood feel and I've noticed many of the store employees have been there consistently over time. It's clean, organized, and never feels like a stressful shopping trip either. I've literally gone to this store in a bad mood just to get out of the house and feel better after going every time (could just be the fresh snacks make me happier, but 🤷‍♀). Thanks everyone there for being wonderful!

I don’t know his name, I’ll update once I find out, but he was a young man with dark black hair. It was extremely busy and I found out mid purchase that my job went from 1st of the month payday, to every other Friday. I was holding up the line, trying to transfer money, anxious, surprisingly broke, and ready to cry. He comes over laughs, says “it happens” he was extremely kind, put my purchase on hold, tells me to take my time to figure out how to pay, and if I can’t its not the end of the world to put mybgroceries back. He was so kind and decent, he deserves a raise, and was just a very nice employee/person.

Great customer service, I asked about curbside pickup but they don't provide that service. If you order online for example through Instacart you could get your groceries deliver to your address. This QFC looks clean and safe, some stocked items are low in count I'm guessing due to the pandemic. Shop at this location and check it out for yourselves, stay safe and healthy.

Nice little store with a super bakery. Employees are friendly and helpful. You never wait long in line. Produce and meats are always fresh. The only thing is, their prices are higher than most, unless you can get it on sale.

My neighborhood store! Staff always friendly and helpful! Manager who works the self check is cheerful and takes pride in her work. I always feel welcome and enjoy my time in the store. With the member card I usually save a good amount if I buy what's offered on sale.

It's my neighborhood store, and I love it....mostly because the staff is solid, with many having been employed there for years. Not the cheapest prices in town but competitive if you're a member. They honor Fred's cards and staff is helpful and extremely friendly. I've seen them go out of their way to assist and welcome elderly or disabled people. Plus, there's a Starbucks. I love this place.

The employees where very helpful when I had to ask directions to a friends house, and when I wanted to purchase something.
Prices are reasonable. Clean store.
Has a Starbucks inside, one little problem no electrical outlets for the trusty computer. WiFi worked OK.

I like this store very much. It's a bit costlier than other Kroger stores but worth it for the small town feel. Great selection with ornate, high class produce displays in a space about the size of a Trader Joe's.

This is a nice grocery store. It has plenty of parking, the staff are nice. Prices aren't too bad; comparable to Fred Meyer. Excellent deli and bakery, especially the donuts and sandwiches.

The only store with self-checkout machines that ask if I put a bag down. Literally every time I've used a self-checkout machine, I have to wait for an attendant to come and enter a code, because the damn machines can't seem to figure out that I put a paper bag in the checkout zone. The machines at QFC do not flip out, they politely ask if you set a bag down. Thank you, machine. You make me feel seen and heard <3

QFC is a really nice store and they carry a great variety of organic, GF, dairy free and health conscious choices. This store does have a Starbucks inside also. Friendly staff and the store is very clean.

I havent been here very much but im liking it more and more each time i go. I have heard that they have an amazing mushroom soup but havent had the luck to get some myself. The other soups they have are very hearty and can be a meal all their own.

Friendly staff, nice and clean store. I love to get my dinners and snacks here. It's right on top of 2 pokestops and next to a gym that belongs to Instinct. Wi-fi doesn't work, but there is a Starbucks.

I like that QFC is just a grocery store, well, and a pharmacy. I shop there regularly, I know I can find what I'm looking for and not feel overwhelmed by the sheer size like I do in a Freddies. The staff are ALWAYS friendly and helpful. QFC is my favorite local grocery store.
