Great dog food selection and very informed staff. The vaccine clinic is very easy and very affordable. No reason not to get your dog vaccinated with this option. In under 20 minutes it was done

I got new chicks and they had everything I needed I love that place, I recommend this for starters.

If you have little ones stop in, Kahoots has a number of fun animals. Like chicks, chickens, bunnies, birds for sale and also to enjoy looking at. Looking for products for large Horses to little Hamsters Kahoots probably has what you are shopping for. Finding products that 3 German Shepherds will eat is a challenge at times but Kahoots had many choices also had products for a Moluccan cockatoo. Be sure to show your appreciation to the hard-working staff, after 8 hrs of lifting heavy bags of feed, heavy bales of hay and trying to make every customer feel like there only customer it's a long day. They're not Veterinarians here just people trying to give great service.

Kahoots is Amazing in general and this location was no exception. Amazing employees that are very helpful, very clean store, and great products. I had gone the the Murrieta location first as I need 2 bunny hutches, they only had 1 in stock( which didnt fit in my trunk so they disassembled it for me), so they had called around This location in Riverside had it and held it for me since I had to drive about an hour to get there. FYI of you need a great quality bunny hutch, and not the small plastic ones pet stores carry ONLY Kahoots Feed locations carry them as their pet store only locations only carry the small plastic ones. This location had another option in a chicken coop that could work for bunnies so we ended up get that as the second one instead of the 2 story one we bought from the first location. Riverside location employees were also very helpful in getting the coop to fit in my trunk.

I've been a customer of Kahoots for 9 years. I had a Finaky senior dog that would have passed at a earlier age, Because of the variety and quality of the foods they carry, my dog lived to be 19.
( dog on right is the 19 year old. She served as a service dog for 17 years. She saved my life many times.
When she was 1 year old, she instinctly used pressure to stop a panic attack. She got her CGC when she was 11/2. A little over two, she had her first litter. She went on to produce 14 puppies. She was an excellent mother , she was patient, attentive and a brilliant mom. After researching service dogs, I learned that a dog senses and responds to a disabling medical need, that she could be my service dog. She immediately picked up on several tasks needed, and earning a CGC , she automatically accepted public access. Nikka was the most loyal, non demanding, loving, quiet, obedient, agile and intuitive and confident dog that I've ever known. Her death at 19 even surprised me. She was healthy , dianamic and energetic until the end. Thanks to Kahoots !

Cool store. Great post food, toys, beds, kennels. Two buildings on the property. The other had baby chicks, feed, etc... cat that lives on property. My first visit, so I'm sure I missed a lot. I will return.

Very pleased with healthy little chicks. They are so cute. I only took 6 of them. Can't wait for the fresh eggs!

Super clean and organized store they offered a great selection at really good prices... we live in Palm Springs but will make a trip every other week to get what we need from Kahoots

this location welcomes there customers and makes them feel like they’re at home. It’s easy to build relationships with the employees that work there. Overall, very delightful every time I have to go.

Kahoots has the best hay in town. They are very knowledgeable and very helpful. They always have a very positive attitude and always puts the customer first. Kahoots exemplifies GREAT customer service; service like the way things used to be! Great place to go for the best help with your animals. Very clean as well!

Leaving this review for a couple reasons. Kahoots it's first of all family-owned which I always try to support local businesses. Second they make their own brand of cat food and the quality is absolutely incredible and a fraction of the price of the more expensive cat foods which I believe are of equivalent quality. And my wife got a couple chickens from this organization and we heard horror stories about chickens not living very long and having eggs and explode inside of them all kinds of horrible things. We've had nothing but good luck with our chickens and we've had them for three years now. Forgot to mention. They also have their own brand of dog food which is excellent as well. Thanks to all the friendly staff members. I don't know what the hiring process is but I've never had nothing but a pleasurable experience dealing with this particular location and a few other locations I've gone to throughout the years.

I have 3 large breed dogs and I come here for all their food, treats and toys. Always have what I need and the people who work here are always friendly and helpful.

A great place to get feed.

Love their brand of dog food. I am from north SD relocated to coachella valley 10 years ago.... And o I am glad they do online ordering. My dogs looked and were the best on their grain free dog food. And they loved the salmon skin strips they used to carry.

I've been visiting this place for approximately 7 years. I've gotten my needs met for goats, lizards, chickens, turkey, birds and domestic pets. It's a huge place with reasonable prices. Convenience is the first thiught that enters my mind. The staff is helpful and readily available to assist. Times of operation are earlier and more convenient than other shops. That was a huge time saver for me when I was getting ready to leave town early one morning. Crickets are available in prepackaged containers, which made my finicky wife very happy. Thank you for your service to our community.

I don't normally shop here, but my brother is always going here buying baby chick's to other stuff we need for our animals. The staff seems to always be super helpful with my "slow" brother. One time he had an issue with something he bought and they fixed it like that. Thank you Kahoots for how you treat my brother!

Oh and of course they have lots of products and they have always had any random item we were looking for.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Even though they didn't carry the brand of dog food we were looking for, one staff member took the time to introduce us to another brand and gave us samples to try before buying. Great experience overall. Will make it a place to shop for our expanding pet family.

The people are friendly and helpful. It's nice to be able to shop at one place for our cat, bearded dragon and 3 pet rats. They have almost everything you need there plus their prices are great.
