I appreciate this CVS location for having my script ready same-day. My usual pharmacy was unable to fill a script I had called in by a telehealth provider because it wasn't "one of their providers." So I called CVS in Palmetto, the pharmacist said "No problem, it will take up to 24 hours to transfer." 3 hours later, it was ready! So glad I didn't have to wait until the next day to start my antibiotics after being sick for a week straight! Thank you so much.

It's always a pleasure to deal with the ladies at the pharmacy. They are wonderful and always willing to help you and get your meds out in timely manner

5 stars from me! I haven’t had any issues with this CVS. If I am ever in a bind? Or there is an “out of stock” issue? The pharmacist’s ALWAYS helps out! The Dr. pharmacist, with the short grey hair and glasses always is on point. He even checked me out personally the other day! Which I haven’t seen a Pharmacist do that in years! Step down and ring up a customers order? 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 I know the girls are busy and may seem like they are being “short” with you sometimes but, I mean come on!!! That place is NON-STOP! I think they are one of the best CVS pharmacies I’ve ever dealt with! Definitely 5 Stars….BUT…
With that said…. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE! To all the techs! PLEASE Give us back our ID/Debit/Credit cards separately when cashing out! I know you guys think paper clipping them to your scripts is best when handing your bag to us, but in reality? I’ve completely missed them and thrown both out twice! I had one girl just throw it in the outside drawer! PLEASE! ID’s/Cards? Just hand us them SEPARATELY, makes a huge difference. Just some advice! Otherwise? Great Job to all of you! 🙏🏻

I come to this store only for the pharmacy. I live in Ellenton and this is way out of my way, but I love the staff. They are so friendly and go out of their way to help you if your having insurance issues.

Convenient and fast. Found new products that I didn’t think that they’d carry. Will revisit.

I always pick up my prescription here and everyone here is nice and helpful! Especially the pharmacist!

So far so good with this CVS. A few years ago it was a bad experience, but whatever changes have taken place it has made a big impression on me...

Needed some bandaged, ointments, tape for securing gauze pads for my first aid kit. Store has changed inside with new signage, but In my opinion old signage was easier to read and see. Store was quite busy with shoppers, which I think is good. I did notice all checkout positions were enclosed with dividers, and everyone I saw were masked up. I have used CVS for many years, and find the staff I always kind and considerate, in addition to being knowledgeable about the location, and where the items in question are found.
The store is located downtown Palmetto at 10th & 8 st, across from Checkers, and the driveway taking you to Publix Grocery. This is really a busy intersection, do caution is advised.
