I love going to this store. It’s extremely organized and the staff are helpful if you’re looking for something specific. The buy online and pick up in store option is great if you’re shopping on limited time. Their selection of Christmas decorations and wrapping paper is also always phenomenal.

The staff was very helpful when I needed something specific and when it wasn't in stock they offered several alternatives, even during a really busy time, 30 min before closing.

I ordered 32 t-shirts and got everyone in the correct sizes at four different Michaels

It's always a fun experience and interesting time when I visit Michaels. I love crafts and do it yourself fair Only this particular time I was looking for a beginner art set for my 10 year old grandson. Which I found And I know he's going to be ecstatic when I give it to him..

In terms of craft stores Michaels is probably the best that's still out there. This one in particular is always well stocked with everything that you never need. If seasonal decor is extensive and fairly priced. The staff is helpful and available for anyone who needs them.

Stopped in to grab supplies to finish a project and Walker was a great help checking stocking bins to save me a trip to another location. Was also very personable and showed interest in the project. He took what could have been frustrating hunt around local stores and made it a 5 star customer care visit

Always able to grab what I need for crafting. Even if there is a line, I'm still checked out in a reasonable amount of time. You can also order online and pick up instore as well if you need to be in and out even faster. Another great Michael's location!

I haven't been inside, but my wife recently ordered some items from this store to pick up, and I took advantage of the curbside pickup. It was pretty easy to do and didn't require me to download the app, which was nice. I just parked in one of the curbside pickup spots and called, and a gentleman came right out with my order. It was nice and quick!

I had no idea how much stuff they have that's relevant for my technology and home repair projects. The staff are super helpful. The crafty gift options for my nieces a bed nephews are much better than the average tot store.

Michael's staff was very helpful an patient. The people in line we really friendly an nice. I even got a recipe for cranberry ginger sauce with a kick. Hope you have a great experience as well.

We actually came here for my daughters friends 4th birthday party. It was hosted in a small room where the kids painted castles,made their own goody bags, a unicorn crown and a wand. I thought it was very cute and nice. Great idea for a birthday party! They even give you a host. She wasn't as kid friendly but it was a very nice time for the kids. Very cute

I’m a big Michael’s fan, and this store doesn’t disappoint. I found some home decor things that I didn’t know I absolutely needed! And of course the stuff I went in originally, an embroidery kit. Actually two because I couldn’t decide! I will definitely be back to this location!

I had a wonderful experience in the custom framing department! I’ve never had anything custom framed before, and Dylan was very patient, helpful, and had a great eye! The whole process was smoother than expected and I am very grateful!

Michael's has everything as any craft person already knows. Today the goals were frames for pictures. The selections, prices and service were great. Don't forget to get your coupons on line before you check out for added savings.

This store has a great selection of products! Get the app and they usually have some really good coupons, sometimes 50% off of a full price item. Tough to find people when you need help, but when you do find them they are helpful.
