Amazing Toys

Great local toy store- had a small issue with a battery not charging for a new remote control car we purchased as my son’s Christmas gift. The friendly helpful staff made a quick exchange and the new battery works perfectly. Definitely recommend Amazing Toys!

This is a new toy store with such amazing toys for young minds. The owners are so nice and demonstrating for the kids all the cool toys that they have at the store. What a great place for kids.

Apparently when you try to exchange items because the quality is so poor that you can't assemble them, it is not allowed, even when it is not purchased at over 30% off. We were even willing to take the toy back if they were able to assist with assembly but because they were so mad that I had done a previous exchange and reported an honest review of their return policy, they refused to accept the exchange/ return / or assist in assembly. They were also rude during the encounter. I want to make it known that this store is the absolute worst. Do not make purchases here. Better off buying on Amazon, or quite frankly anywhere else. Better Business Bureau should Audit and Review this store.

If i could give this store 0 ZERO stars i would. The toys are poor quality, and it is un clarified that if you purchase any item over 30% off it is NON RETURNABLE AND NON REFUNDABLE. You do not find out until after your receipt prints and it’s too late.

Why not at least state at the point of sale “THIS SALE IS FINAL” prior to allowing my purchase to go through?

Allowing us to make the exchange after the fact I will admit was good customer service in that moment, but one of the Toys we had exchanged was not able to be assembled, not because we didn’t know how, but because when trying to attach the pieces, the pieces would not latch the way they should have and that is why we wanted to return that item. And you refused to exchange it because of this review which I find quite unprofessional on your part.

I apologize if you feel personally offended by my honest review, but that is what this is, an opinion of how i perceive the products and services of your establishment.
