I usually only do reviews when it doesn't turn out good. This one is different. I made a mistake of ordering the wrong pair of pants and had to come in to change them. Morgan took good care of me. I was broke and we have nothing under the tree. We're going through unfortunate situations that were unexpected and it's ok because at least we have our lives to be thankful for but when it rains it pours. Morgan was very professional, kind and fast. She's also smart as a whip.Dongo because she is an outstanding asset to your company. Not to mention that she even listened to me . If you read this Morgan thank you! Sometimes to make someone's day all it takes is for someone to care and listen. And I'm truly grateful for that Morgan know you're probably like damn, it was only an exchange. But if you only knew that I have everything that went left and needed just one thing to go right and it's why I. So over the top. So thank you again and again Morgan.

Clean store! The staff in the sneaker department were very helpful!! It is easy to check sneaker availability by using a kiosk, but it wasn't necessary because they were right there to help.

Good place for sports stuff. They probably have the widest selection of sports goods in the area. The only downside is their prices. I went for golf shoes today and the store associate, Matt, was very patient helping me find the perfect shoe.

I’m not normally a “review a place” kind of guy. However… I have to give props and appreciation for our experience yesterday. My wife and our 2 kids (10 and 13) came in looking for a bike for our 13 year old daughter. We found some nice deals on a bike for our daughter , then happened to eye a GREAT deal on an $800 bike on sale with $500 off! One beautiful bike that fit my 10 year old son perfectly.. (who we planned to give him his big sister’s hand-me-down bike to.) … Rich gave us good info on all the bikes and actually seemed excited and was super helpful to help us find the same bike and style that my daughter was in to. He was good with both of the kids (both of whom are deaf). Not akward or ‘wierd’ as many people are with deaf children. We ended up buying one that was ready to bring home for my son, and another that fit my daughter better that was still in the box, that Rich promised would get assembled and be ready to pick up soon.
This rep went above and beyond. On a day when he could reasonably be a little bit ‘salty’ that he was working on the 4th of July. But he made it seem like an excited grandfather trying to fit his own Grandkids in to a good fit for them. And he mirrored their enthusiasm while still helping them temper it with the ‘right fit’ with room to grow.

I wish more stores had more Rich’s working there. He is a blessing to this location and the bicycle department.

Anthony and another sales associate took time to search the stock room for a Penn fishing reel i wanted and the website said it was in stock. It took them a while to find it but they did! Happy customer here!

Amazing management. Let me in 15 minutes early to get a baseball so my son could make it to his game on June 5.
Not only this time but over the past 6 months everyone has been extremely polite and helpful at this store. We are there frequently.

Good variety, good service. There was a line at check out but it went by super fast. They are very seasonal. Added holiday hours for 2018.

Now open for foot traffic and curb side pickup! Great new location! Browsed the store today and found a good selection on shorts and shirts with some great sale prices. They also saved my upcoming camping trip with a sleeping mat that the other guys couldn't deliver on! Staff was very pleasant and enthusiastic!

I just purchased my fishing licence for this year and must say the folk's are Exceptionally friendly ! Upon entering the store your greeted.. EVERY associate says hello can I help you. Outstanding customer service !!

Omg the best store ever!! I ran into 4 workers and they all asked if I needed help. They where so nice and friendly. The manager has trained the employees right!! Or hired the nicest people!!!

Nice clean store with lots of space around the displays. Sales reps were super helpful and answered all our questions. The store is set up well to allow social distancing. Plenty of parking.

Honestly, I would not shop another Lodge and have been doing so for years. Jimmy and Todd have always done "right" by me. Without a doubt, a couple of issues surfaced where they could have had this review go upside down but their customer was always first on their mind. Thanks Guys!

Great customer service! This weekend I went to multiple Golf Galaxies and DSGs looking for a particular wedge. There wasn't much help given until I came to DSG in Plymoth Meeting. Lucas helped me locate a club that I was looking for in the area and allowed me stop mindlessly driving from store to store. He called them and had them put the club aside for me until I arrived. It was the last one of these clubs in the area. He really helped me out and saved me alot of time. Talk to him if you are having a hard time finding a golf item, he'll be able to locate for you quickly and get you on your way to the item you were searching for. Five stars from me

Huge store connected to the mall. Had a return of large gym equipment that I had purchased online and they handled it right at the entrance. Smooth return experience.

I did curbside pick up for a treadmill today. Austin was very helpful and careful with putting the large piece of equipment in my car. He even gave me tips on how to secure it for my drive home.

I was in and out with i problems. They were stocking the shelves as I entered the business. Great customer service and clean establishment……

Roger from the golf department was great! Super friendly and helpful. It’s hard to find that kind of customer service now a days. Thank you Roger!!!

When you walk in the store the employees greet you and ask you if they can help you with anything and if the lines start to build up employees will quickly open up a line to cash you out in a timely manner
