TUMI Store - The Mall at Short Hills

Evelyn, our sales consultant today was great! We arrived at 10am on a Saturday morning and she was friendly and welcoming. We had 7 pieces of luggage that we requested to have various monograms and colors added. She was cheerful, accommodating, and able to complete it all in about 5 minutes. She even held all of our luggage while we shopped in the mall for the remainder of the morning. Great service and excellent product.

I visited this store to have one of my zippers replaced on my 10+ yr old bag. Not only did they replace the defective zipper, but they also replaced all of them and replaced my worn-out monogram. Thank you to Ginger and Vivian for your help!

This is the best luggage if you're interested in durability and functionality. The pieces tend to be a little on the heavy side (not good if you're limited in weight on your carry-ons in particular), but one can't beat the material. More recent designs put a bit more emphasis on playfulness, colors, and "fun" design than their old bland luggage, which came in any color you wanted as long as it was black.

I had a great customer experience. I had 2 bags which needed some work done. They fixed what they could and then shipped out. I was helped and they were very courteous. Will always by my bags here.

Just left with a new bag and surprisingly a new wallet. My salesgirl Susan was top shelf !

Great luggage, durable well made, it is expensive but you need good luggage because nobody is nice in baggage handling.

Not much for the price I prefer Samsonite!!
