Very kind, helpful, and honest, they assisted me with diagnosing the problem when I called them on a whim to request a replacement part for my oven. they also went the extra mile to test my original broken part just to be sure we were on the right track. Oh and they have the sweetest, most friendly dog you could ever meet.

If you wish you could find a used washer/dryer stackable that looks and operates like a brand new model, I recommend you go to Affordable Appliance. Their used appliances look like new. Call Affordable in desperation... refrigerator water line leaking on hardwood floor and into my basement. They were out within the hour and problem rectified in 15 minutes. Huge relief! So happy. Great service, great sense of humor. Highly recommend this business.

I purchased something there today. it was too bog to fit in my car. One of the guys that works there helped me out with a delivery.

Purchased a refrigerator and range including delivery set up and haul away of old appliances. Great bargain great service and a local family owned business. During delivery and set up they were very respectful and took great care to install it without any damage to surrounding woodwork tile etc. everything was set up in a jiffy. I am a first time customer but will be using them for all of my appliance purchases from this point on

Needed a medium size refrigerator and not only did they have just what we were looking for it was one we hadn’t seen anywhere else. Plus other places wouldn’t deliver and set up which we needed. Great job and thanks!!!

This place was amazing, Jeri, Wayne and Kali (hope I'm spelling it right) we're awesome!! We went in looking for a washer/dryer and left with both and a fridge, the owners were very helpful and worked with us, Wayne went out of his way to bring and help install our appliances absolutely above and beyond, my puppers Rocky was very welcomed and played very well with their beautiful puppers Kali, we definitely be back in the future!! I purchased a microwave and oven from Affordable Appliances and the deal on the pair was exceptional. That doesn't compare to the service. They came out and replaced my old appliances quickly and cleanly.

first I want to start out by saying the the people that have that store are great both the husband and wife they came to my rescue the other day I purchased a refrigerator from a appliance store witch went out in 6 months went over here to see if they had something that I could used in my gauge because is Was going to take 3 to 5 days to get the parts of my other one then ask me what I wanter to spend and what size I was looking for they did not have one but the next day they called me and said they had one, check it all out then Brough it to the house what great people they are

My mother is a widowed senior on a fixed income, and was in need of a new electric dryer. Pricing them out brand new ones were to expensive. then someone recommended Affordable to me. we had to make an appointment for after hours so i could take her there. the owners are extremely helpful. we found a nice dryer at a very affordable price! a few weeks after ,the dryer was making a terrible noise. my mother called them up because they give a 90 day warranty with purchase. they came out and found a construction screw had gotten caught up in the drum . (my fault i'm sure ) they did not charge for the call. i would recommend them to everyone. kind , friendly and very helpful! everything you would want from a local business!

The owners are incredibly nice and very informative. Wayne was super helpful getting our washer and dryer installed and even came back to check on it when I called about a concern. Will definitely be recommending to anyone who needs a major appliance (and I'll be going back when we need one).

Great place been using this place for years for my rentals. I had an issue with my washer he came out and took care of it and swap it. Wayne and his wife are awesome.

This place is top notch! I needed to replace the washer/dryer that came with the house I just bought this past spring. Couldn’t go to the expense of brand new, and found a beautifully refurbished set of Maytag front loaders here. The price was very fair. Delivery and set-up was expedient, clean, and they hauled away the old set for me. Friendly and honest people too; would do business with them again.

Our refrigerator was dying and needed a replacement quickly. They were extremely helpful and caring about our situation. We called they gave us options for our situation and delivered the next day for a very reasonable price. Can't miss with them!

I want to thank the folks at Affordable Appliance. My dryer was not heating and I brought in some parts that they tested at no charge. The owner suggested and sold me a coil pack at a reasonable price. Told me how to install and my dryer is working great. I appreciate there knowledge. And I will be a return customer. Thanks again. I guess I got the wrong impression when I walked in. My husband has bought a few appliances from here, they have worked perfect. I will definitely come back when I need another appliance. Thank you for the response

If you are looking for a gently used appliance, this is the only place you will need to go. Very friendly and helpful. Outstanding prices and very reliable appliances. I highly recommend you start here and you will probably save yourself a trip anywhere else.

Great value, knowledgeable staff and provides good product for people on a budget. Too bad Miss J Morton is such an egotistical insecure raging lunatic. Its clear by her rant that has many unresolved anger issues. Too bad she chooses air her lunacy on peoples business review sites. Jennifer, get some professional help and keep from wasting our time reading your non lucid verbal vomit..... just 3 minutes of my life i cant get back. Keep up the great work Affordable Appliances. Its hard to find great people that stand behind high quality used merchandise these days.
