AT&T Store

We recently went into the AT&T store on Mid Rivers Mall Drive in St. Peters. Our customer service rep, Celia, was extremely helpful and friendly. She not only was fast, she also recommended several upgrades that improved our experience and also saved money on our bill. She's an incredible salesperson, and I would happily go back to the same store simply based on her knowledge and great customer service.

I had the Good Fortune being waited on by Celia she listened to my concerns was patient and was very technically savvy. Unfortunately, I was short on time she was able to resolve my issue in record time. I would highly recommend anyone to work with Celia, she can meet customers exactly where they are and treat them how they want to be treated she is the personification of what customer service should be.

Kelly, the store representative was amazing! She greeted me as soon as I walked in the door, and then proceeded to help me even as she was helping another customer during the time she was waiting for a callback for her. She helped me decide which new phone would be the best for my circumstances. She was patient in transferring everything from my old phone to the new one. I was able to purchase accessories on clearance that she directed me to. AND best of all, she was able to find a way to lower our bill significantly even with the new phone on the plan! Also, shout out to Celia, who was working with her and helping another customer, but also greeted me when I walked in and was very pleasant. By far the best new phone purchasing experience for me, which is saying something because it’s a job I dread whenever I have phone issues!! Thank you!🥳

I wanted to take a moment to share about a wonderful experience I had at this location. Celia demonstrated phenomenal customer service skills by being incredibly kind and patient. After witnessing her level of professionalism, I was stunned when she mentioned she was not part of the management team. I greatly appreciated Celia’a thoroughness and attention to detail when addressing my concern with my phone. My husband and I had a wonderful experience today at this AT&T store. Chris was absolutely amazing. He was the only employee and handled the rush of people with calmness and professionalism. He was very knowledgeable and super helpful. Even though he was swamped, he did not once rush us. He answered all of our questions and helped set up our new iPhones

Tanner was absolutely amazing at his job. My wife and I came in there with 2 kids, and he was cool, calm, and collected literally thr whole time. That guy deserves a store manager position because he got bombarded while we were there, and he was all alone but handled it like a pro. Me being in sales gives me the insight, and he definitely brought his A game even when it was slow when we walked in. He was attentive and ready to help. #storemanager #thatstanner

Jared was beyond phenomenal during our transition from a different account and provider. He took the time to work through our issues we had on top of ordering new phones. Jared was great to work with and I would recommend him to anyone that doesn’t want the quick in and out type of service. He is very knowledgeable with his job and personable.

Daniel was pleasantly nice! Normally, I dread coming into the stores but he immediately made me feel welcomed. He listened to all my needs and did a great job of taking care of me. Will absolutely return for all my needs. Thank you!!

Cannot say good enough things about this store. I didn’t want to go to this location originally because I had horrible experiences in the past, but this was the only location with the phone I wanted. Glad I went anyway. The environment is very welcoming and relaxed. Chris, trace, and tanner were extremely helpful. It helps that the store manager was easy on the eyes lol

I’m from Virginia and I had to visit this location today. I was very impressed with the service that I received here. The two young men that were on duty at this location was so professional and they made my experience very enjoyable. They had me laughing and really focused on everything that I came into the store for. James is really one of a kind people person. I will definitely recommend this location to all because my experience was well worth the drive I had to take to get what I wanted. Thanks for the special service guys you are awesome.

We were helped within seconds of arriving. The guy who helped us was very polite and had everything done and ready to go within minutes.
