I went in to get a last minute photo I ordered to print and it wasn’t ready, but Terri helped me out and she printed the photo right in front of me. She also helped me find a frame to put it in. She was incredibly kind and so helpful. I will be going to this Walgreens from now on even though it’s further from my house.

Yesterday I had a particularly great experience with the photo department. The girl with the bright hair pink hair helped me throughly. I also love the diversity that I witnessed with the employees. I don’t think I’ve seen as many people of color as now! Progressive and helpful store.

Store manager Guy gave a five-star experience. Thanks for being quick with our order.

Good Walgreens, not sure they have all the Coca colas but I don’t have any real reason to complain

I love this store!!! Everyone is happy, friendly and they work hard to provide outstanding customer service. I love the convenience of Walgreens and the great selection. They always have fun seasonal and holiday items. The prices are competitive and they always have fantastic sales. The Pharmacy is great. I've been getting my prescriptions filled her for the past 6 years without any issues. I love the work they are doing with childhood hunger.

After being informed by others this is the location to go to, I had to see for myself. Fantastic service. I went in to get immunizations for my children. The employees here are outstanding. My son has a fear of needles and the pharmacy manager Dion went out of her way to help ease his fears. He no longer fears the needle. She is extremely knowledgeable and courteous! I have since has my prescriptions filled and the technicians here are the best in the business. My family and I will be life long customers. Thank you Dion and staff, you're truly amazing!

Not 24 hour pharmacy anymore, but these guys have been great for us.

We fill a lot of prescriptions, and even when our insurance hasn't cooperated properly, the pharmacists have always done their best.

Pharmacy Review! Alli and Gabby are AMAZING! Utterly, wonderful! They dealt with a widely known (according to reviews on Google) rather cantankerous receptionist at Brickyard Animal hospital who refused to give the accurate number of my prescription for my dog for over an hour. They called other pharmacies, talked to other vets went well above an beyond to try to fill my prescription. I am so thankful to these two lovelies, especially Alli who, god bless her, had to deal with a lot of the back and forth. Gabby, thank you for your warmth and helping me save a lot of money. Helpful, friendly cashier. I got three Covid and a flu shot here and the pharmacists and techs were great. Will go back for Shingles shot--thank goodness for vaccines.

They have a pharmacist tech I believe her name is Lauren. She was very nice, did everything to help me out even tho it was a busy kinda Saturday and it was only her and I think one other guy. Employees like her should be appreciated 😊.

Just wanted to inform when a prescription is denied they have a good reason for it. Regardless on how bad you need it. If the medication is controlled they check with a state regulated website on controlled medications. They cannot fill a controlled medication to early since it is technically illegal. Do not get mad at the pharmacy since it isn't their fault.

I honestly love this Walgreens, the staff is friendly, they greet me when I walk inside. And associates always ask me if I'm finding everything okay, even if I'm not in the area they're working. They have great sales, and can always use points. Great service served with a smile.

Great service. I don't know why these guys get rated soo low. The employees really care. I can't remember the gentlemans name that assisted me late at night (long well kept hair) but he went out of his way to see to it that I had affordable medicine, a generic version of the over priced stuff I was being charged for (seizure medicine) that I really needed. Great guy, and I truly feel had my best interest in mind. Thank you. P.s. don't down rate these guys because of long hold times. Just understaffed, not because they're bad at what they do.

This is the Walgreens pharmacy I go to now because it is the closest one to me in Sugarhouse. Before coming here i had read a lot of bad reviews but since switching over to here I haven't had any problems.

The pharmacy sometimes can have a long wait so I try to check if there's even one person in the line when I'm going down 2100.

I go through the drive through for my prescriptions and everyone working there has always been friendly and helpful. They are open long hours although I don't believe it's open 24/7 it still is open later than the Highland location which is the next closest.

I was looking for a Walgreen's in the area because I am from out of town. The staff here was extremely friendly, courteous, and helpful with my insurance company. The staff exhibited professionalism and took the time to answer all of my questions. Despite what the other reviews say I would recommend giving them a chance and see for yourself. Thank you again to this wonderful staff for the exceptional and prompt service.

Pharmacists always go far out of their way to help. Generally, anytime there's an issue it is due to insurance mega-conglomerates trying to weasel out of the pittance they agree to pay medical professionals.
Still, there are always stereotypical Utahns who live in a bubble of entitlement as if the world exists only for them. Sometimes, patience is so elusive in Utah that it almost compares with the cheap, chiseling nature of natives; who seem to believe everything should be top quality, fast, and free.
An unbelievable ethos that almost explains the systematic suffocation of education replaced by corporate welfare.
The pharmacists here are above and beyond in customer service, especially considering the fact that it's open 24/7. Dealing with narrow minded troglodytes deserves high praise.

Always great service when I visit this Walgreens, the staff are helpful with any small item I need to find and the management team is always interested in perfecting your customer experience here. The pharmacy is busy but I get my scripts on time and my questions or concerns are always answered

Really enjoyed my visit today. Pharmacy staff is very friendly and helpful. I also really liked trying the new No7 and Soap/Glory product that are available in the Beauty department.

I enjoy shopping at this store. The employees are always very nice, friendly a bed helpful. I drive past two drugstores to other drug stores to shop at this Wallgreens.
